Tiny house on the outskirts of Berlin

A mix of construction trailer and tiny house, huge garden, in the middle of the village... 100 m to the lake... and in no time in Berlin. I build everything here myself... so everything is made with love... but every now and then something crooked :) I usually live in the tiny house myself. If guests are there, I am in the circus wagon in the garden or on the go... The place is perfect for dog owners, lake and forest are at the door... for city trips I can offer professional dog care... (had a dog boarding house before).

Relax in this special and quiet accommodation, picturesque village Ihlow, in the Märkische Schweiz (5km walk through the forest to Buckow), 55km east of Berlin. You can swim in the Reichenower Lake (3km) or in the Grosser Thornowsee. If you don't have a car, you can get there by bus or bicycle (18km) from Straussberg Nord station. The house was finished in 2022 (developed by 3 architects of the Berlin Academy of Art 3 bedrooms,2 baths, large dining table, fireplace, finnish sauna, sunny terrace

Waterfront country house

The house offers plenty of space for two families and you have it all to yourselves. It is located directly on a canal that connects two lakes and has two terraces, one of which is directly on the water. Barrel sauna and hot tub are available for exclusive use in the garden. We still use the house often ourselves, which is why it has a fully equipped kitchen. Look forward to two bathrooms, two master bedrooms, two youth bedrooms, a living room with dining area and a lounge for movie evenings.

Sie verfügt über ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, ein großzügiges Wohnzimmer mit Schlafcouch, TV und großem Esstisch für bis zu sechs Personen sowie eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Fenster. Rzeka i Las is the perfect place for lovers of nature, peace and quiet. Perfect for you and your loved ones to relax! Our house is located by the river, in the picturesque village of Kunice, in the Słubice district. It is located among beautiful greenery. In the yard there is a pond, garden tub, sauna, hammock, swing, sun loungers, barbecue, fire pit and accessories for the youngest. You will also find bicycles in our equipment.

A very quiet way to enjoy a few days off in the countryside in a relaxed atmosphere or to stay longer all year round (like BuPol). The cottage is also suitable as a place to work. In a few minutes you are in the center, university, Poland by tram or on foot... You can sit in the garden by the goldfish pond or under the canopy in the rain. There is a large grill and a fire barrel for warming up. Sauna use (€10) possible.
