The Donnerschwee farm, first mentioned in 1937 and later built, is located in the northeast of the city of Oldenburg and was the first settlement house on the square. The Donnerschwee district emerged from an old farming village, which presumably existed since the 9th century. The surroundings impress with their proximity to the Donnerschwee meadows and their beautiful cycling and walking paths. Nevertheless, everyday necessities are within a few minutes' walk or on foot.

Bathing and dog beach about 4-5 km away, easily accessible by bike or car. Shopping and excursion destinations are plentiful. The house has no direct neighbors, so beautiful evenings are guaranteed in the securely fenced garden. Children and dogs can play in peace.

The "Hühnerstall" is a small guest house in a spacious garden with many old trees and offers space for couples, but also four adults or a family. Everywhere in the garden there are shady places for the adults to linger and overgrown secret corners and play opportunities for the little ones. A swivel grill with a fire pit invites you to evening campfires on the terrace. The adjacent house is currently empty, so you have the garden all to yourselves.

Our guests have the upper floor with 90 sqm to themselves. A small second front door leads up. There is a kitchen-living room, a large bedroom with 160 cm double bed, another room with 140 cm double bed, the fireplace room, a small balcony and a bathroom with tub and shower. I live on the ground floor with my boyfriend and our 3 cats, I can't rule out that the curious furry inhabitants will visit you if you have the door open.

Enjoy your time out in our tasteful accommodation right next to the natural forest Franzhorner Forst. The apartment is family-friendly and fully equipped with everything you need for a nice break. When you step out of your own front door, you are practically already on the Nordpfad/in the forest. In the shared large garden plot there is a private terrace, a fire pit and the possibility to barbecue and plenty of space to relax.

It is reminiscent of a vacation in Sweden… to top off this flair, you can relax in the in-house sauna and forget the stress of everyday life. We live together with two dogs in a secluded location on the edge of a small forest. Ideal for cycling enthusiasts. From here you can start great tours through the Ammerland! Aloa her holiday tires, best read all the text! The one-room apartment is 55 square meters and can accommodate 2 adults. Also, it's my small private apartment. Means that you will not find a classic apartment, but a private accommodation. Which of course is a jackpot because you have all kinds of amenities. From fully automatic coffee to a Wii U, it has it all. If you want to unlock more levels, you are welcome. ;-)
