The two-room apartment is located on the upper floor (a staircase) and consists of a large living area about 50 m² with American kitchen, small bedroom with double bed, bathroom tiled with tub and separate shower and underfloor heating. A small garage serves as a parking space at the house.

Up to 25 people have space - so also ideal for family reunions, parties and weddings. There are bikes, a trampoline, a playground, rabbits, a small playground, and in the morning comes the baker.

Our single-family home is located on the southwestern edge of the core city near the lake with swimming facilities. It's about 5 km to Highway 24. The bus (city line) stops every 20 minutes on weekdays about 200 m away. There is no noisy business in the residential area. The network of bike paths is well developed and a restaurant is within walking distance of about 250 m.
