The construction trailer is in the back of our residential property, free access to the meadow. Heating is available via the wood-burning stove or via electric heating. There is lots of peace and nature. A 5-minute walk to the lake. Outdoor kitchen with electricity/water on the property, toilet and laundry facilities as well. A ping-pong table is available. Steamer/ MS Templin/Houseboat

The MS Templin, a 100-year-old historic motor ship. The MS Templin was built in 1925 by the Ertel shipyard in Woltersdorf. It is a so-called single-decker ship, 19.90 meters long, 3.38 meters wide. The MS Templin for overnight stays for 2 people. There is a cozy bed and 2 sofa beds. 2 outdoor areas, a fireplace, a reading corner, a bathroom with shower and toilet, a kitchen with toaster, kettle, stove and a small refrigerator. Pure nature (ducks, spiders, fish, mosquitoes).
