Es gibt viel Ruhe und Natur. 5 Minuten fußläufig zum See. Aussenküche mit Strom/Wasser auf dem Grundstück, WC und Waschmöglichkeit ebenfalls. The apartment can be heated via wall radiators, underfloor heating, or a fireplace. The floors are made of tiles or pine planks.
