Smoking is OK on sundeck and in the garden but not indoors. 300 meter to kiosk/pizzeria, 1000 meter to Medley swim hall, Coop, ICA, padel court and train station (8 min to Lund C, 16 min to Lomma Beach, 25 min to Malmö C, 25 min to Helsingborg C and 70 min to Copenhagen).

Have your lunch and dinner on the large terrace facing the water. Enjoy the magical sunset first row. 10 min by car to both Lund and Malmö. Bus stop, Lomma Storgata, is about 400 m from the house.
