My apartment is situated in the trendy “Prenzlauer Berg” neighborhood. The apartment is on the 1st floor (Amer. 2nd), facing the quiet inner yard, well lit through two large French windows. The view features a restored factory and studios. The studio area is 40 square meters in size, contains a double bed, a mini kitchen containing everything to chill and cook. The studio has a lucid corridor and a luxury bathroom containing a shower and bathtub and underfloor heathing. The entire apartment is 60 square meters in size and tastefully furnished, mixing modern and classic design notes. Fast internet is available. The neighbourhood is very well liked and one of the trendiest in Berlin. Bakeries, coffee shops, bike rentals, public parks and a supermarket are in the immediate vicinity. The world renowned “Mauerpark” with its many attractions and flee market (on weekends) is 15 minutes by bike. The street is nonetheless quiet, situated between two large boulevards, with fantastic public transportation to the ariports as well as other central landmarks, and quarters, such as Alexanderplatz, the East Side Gallery, Mitte, Friedrichshain etc. You can walk to the Kastanienallee und Alte Schönhauser Allee, two hip shopping boulevards. A lot of young people live here, I am sure you will love it!

Im Wald leichte Hügel bis 150m, Das Oderbruch ist ohne Steigungen ideal für schöne Radtouren. Schiffshebewerk Niederfinow 15km, sehr interessant. Der Parsteinsee, sehr schöner Badesee mit klarem Wasser ist 15km entfernt, ein Schwimmbad gibt es im Ort und kleinere Badeseen in der näheren Umgebung. Berlin 50 km.

The courtyard with seating and a grill and the large garden plot with, among other things, fruit trees and shrubs can also be used. Berlin-Mitte is 30 km away, the A 10 highway connection is about 10 km. Good regional train connection to Berlin-Ostkreuz (travel time approx. 40 minutes) in Werneuchen, 2.5 km away. In the surrounding area you can (cycle) hike and swim in lakes.

A car is absolutely necessary here. Brunow is the ideal starting point for hikes on the 66 Lake Hiking Trail and many other beautiful routes. The property is also interesting for hikers, as there is a storage facility. Dogs are welcome on request.

A pretty double room to feel good

I got sick the day I arrived, and couldn't have picked a better location, because the nearest grocer was only 5 minutes walk away. The neighborhood was quiet and clean and private, but still only 15 minutes from the nearest mall and many food options. Maybe that's normal for this area. I don't know, but I was happy. The kitchen had everything I needed to prepare my meals for the week and instructions were provided in detail for foreigners who are not used to the recycling process, which I greatly appreciated. The specific room I booked with the two beds, I will say, is more private and more spacious than the single room, and stays cooler because it receives less sunshine. Honestly I have no complaints and hope I didn't keep anyone up late from my coughing. Oops.

Silke is an excellent host. Friendly, interested, uncomplicated, obliging. I immediately felt very comfortable with her. The beautiful apartment is located on the 1st/2nd floor. "My" room was upstairs. Spacious, beautifully furnished, great mattress, cozy duvet, velvety soft bed linen. The location is great. Quiet side street, free parking in front of the door, just a few minutes' walk from the center. Thank you very much, dear Silke! I will be happy to book with you again on my next stay in Eberswalde!

We had a lovely stay at the apartment. It has character, was comfy and very clean. It’s up quite a few flights of stairs which was fine for us. The best thing about our experience was our introduction from the neighbour/ cleaner. Columbine gave us a very warm welcome and made us feel at home. Thanks for a nice stay.

I was very satisfied with Heike. The accommodation was friendly, pretty and comprehensively furnished. I appreciate Airbnb for such accommodations because the accommodations are much more personal than a hotel room. Everything was clean and tidy. I was personally received, everything important was explained to me and further support was offered. Heike was very accessible, friendly and helpful. Check-in and check-out worked smoothly and completely flexibly - just as I wish.
