Monthly Rentals in Garden City

We had a wonderful experience. The property was in a great location with easy access to the beach. The house was clean and accommodating for 3 people. Gabrielle responded promptly. I highly recommend this property.

The place is a great location. The house is very nice. Unfortunately, due to, probably a lot of use, the furniture, carpets and appliances are worn out. We appreciate the exterminator coming in to take care if that and the maintenance people being prompt to address any issues. The bedrooms and bathrooms are up to date. There's of space. Love the turtles in the canal. Garage is spacious. Neighbors are awesome. Loved having private access to the beach. Appreciate the security.

Great host so friendly answered the phone and helped with things when needed! Even texted to check in on us!! Such a beautiful condo! The beds and furniture were sooo comfortable felt right at home! Loved how beach equipment was available so we didn’t have to rent chairs on the beach! We had everything we needed plus more! Even had beach towels we could use!! Plus a beautiful view! We will be coming back every year to stay!

Great condo, wonderful location 2 miles from Surfside Pier and 1/2 mile from garden city pier! Waters Edge building has everything you’d need; Pool, hot tub, plenty of seating, bar, restaurant and gift shop. Both towns are within walking distance. The condo has plenty of room for 6 people! Did I mention they are gated and security on a life guarded beach! Oh and a parking garage. The views are amazing! Book it and have a great time. Josh was very responsive. But everything was good from the start, so I didn’t have to bother him other than check in and out. I recommend eating at least one meal at Millstone Biscuit company! Don’t go home without eating breakfast or lunch there!
