Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Georgetown

We all have a great past 5 days in house. Great layout and everything to be perfect placed. Everything’s clean stuff.

We had a fantastic time staying in this adorable cottage in Georgetown! It was a short walk to the downtown area which has lots of shops and restaurants! Tue home is even more charming in person. Comfortable beds, anything and everything you could possible need was provided! The host was super responsive anytime I had any questions! Hoping to book again for next year’s Two Step Inn festival.

This was a lovely home in a nice neighborhood and extremely reasonably priced! Bedding and towels were lovely and bedrooms were spacious. The upstairs game room was an extra bonus and the home was comfortable to stay in. We liked the first floor bedroom/office as well. We will definitely recommend other family members who visit our family in Georgetown. It was located just four minutes from my sister‘s home. We couldn’t have been happier!

This was by far one of the best houses we have stayed at in Georgetown. It was super clean, inside and out. It was nice to be able to sit in the back yard without having to clean it first. Everything was great. We look forward to staying here again.

We stayed in town for three nights in April of 2025. The house was in a good neighborhood. It was clean, and had plenty of space for my wife and I to stretch out. It was easy to get in and out of the neighborhood and to local destinations.

It’s a beautiful place and is well maintained. Even though it’s a tiny house, it doesn’t feel small because of the high ceilings and proportions. The house has a charming character and the decor has been carefully chosen to match the era as well as timeless. Both Danielle and Lindsey were very quick to respond as we had to extend our stay by a few days. They made sure we knew before it was approved that they only had a microwave and coffee maker and no stove. But it worked out fine for us. The white noise machine helped because there was roadwork going on in front and the place is in the middle of the town. We also enjoyed sitting out sometimes. The place is a gem and I completely recommend it.

We enjoyed staying at the ranch. Cute and friendly critters to interact with. A great location for our needs. Clean and fully stocked with what we needed. Amberle was quick in responding to our questions and needs. We would recommend it.

BEAUTIFUL location and home!!! Extremely picturesque, feels secluded and private, the bathroom is gorgeous, all the amenities are perfect and George and Kim were amazing hosts, went above and beyond to make sure we were extremely comfortable and had a great vacation.

Didnt stay too long at the listing. Mainly used it as a place to sleep for the night. The only sink is in the bathroom but that’s called out in the description. I wasn’t really cooking or eating so that didn’t bother me. Quiet garden out back and filtered water in the kitchen was much appreciated.

Vickie’s place was an absolute gem! She was extremely accommodating and the bed was honestly the best! She keeps a beautiful garden that was an absolute pleasure I could go on and on!!

My wife were in town for our anniversary and needed to do an early check-in due to the plans we had. Reisa was very accommodating and worked with us! the place was clean and beautiful. Extremely comfortable, and slept amazing on that bed! I would definitely recommend others to book with Reisa!

We had such a wonderful time! the condo was clean and smelled great. Bed and pillows were comfy. The balcony had a great view of the deer and courtyard. Zach was very responsive and gave great directions on parking and how to locate the condo. We will definitely return!

Marissa was a fantastic host! The apartment was well stocked with the basics and even a few thoughtful touches. It is on the 3rd floor so be aware of the climb, especially if visiting while it’s hot outside. The pool and workout room were a nice perk. There is a very slight scent of old cigarette smoke that is in all apartment complexes if you’ve ever lived in one. These are just the most not-picky things as the stay was great and we’d absolutely stay again. Very accessible and pro tip: exit through the back gate to use the stop light rather than trying to cross the speeding traffic outside the main gate.

I had a great stay at Leisa’s place. Very well located, clean and cozy. Will certainly book again.

We had a fantastic stay at Nils’ luxury apartment in Austin. The listing was exactly as described from the photos and descriptions. Nils and Liya were proactive, helpful, and very responsive, making everything smooth from check-in to check-out. The apartment was spotless, with clean sheets, a HUGE bathroom, and all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Our favorite feature was the rooftop pool which offers a stunning city skyline/lake view and the perfect sunset spot. While this unit doesn't overlook the skyline, it does not take away from the experience. We saved compared to other listings and could still enjoy the views from the rooftop. Plus, catching the sunrise from the lanai each morning was a beautiful way to start the day. Parking was pricey, but we learned that’s typical for Austin. The location was ideal—close to paddle boarding, parks, and great restaurants. We truly felt at home and would absolutely recommend this place. Well worth the price. We’d love to stay again!

Our family of four absolutely loved our stay! The location is private and peaceful, and while it’s a bit far from Austin and all there is to do downtown, it was the perfect escape for our Spring Break weekend. The condo was cozy, with plenty of games and activities. We enjoyed our time on the patio, played pickleball, spent a lot of time in the hot tub and pool (or reading by the pool at sunset with the most incredible view), and my animal whisperer son got to feed and interact with the deer on site- a real highlight for him! Thank you, Cheri for a wonderful stay! We hope to be back one day!

The Villa and the facility were very nice and comfortable. The choice of nearby restaurants and markets is sparse to say the least. The onsite Island Grill is only open from Thursday afternoon -Sunday afternoon. Also, if you're hoping for a nearby upscale eatery, don't bother, it's not there. That said, we had a lovely time. Boat rentals are close. Drive slowly near the facility surroundings. Deer are everywhere in the afternoons and evening.
