Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Ghent

We were a group of 7 ladies visiting Brussels for the first time. We spent four days in the premises. The bedrooms are tastefully decorated and all have private bathrooms. The living room and kitchen are amazing and well equipped. We liked the space and the proximity to the main places of interest in Brussels. We can only recommend this excellent house.

On a passé un excellent séjour chez Antoa, la maison est très agréable à vivre, avec une décoration moderne et chaleureuse. Elle est parfaitement équipée, la literie est très bonne, les pièces à vivre sont grandes et lumineuses. Petit plus très appréciable, la maison dispose d'un beau jardin et de mobilier de jardin. L'environnement est calme et paisible. La communication avec Antoa et sa fille est très fluide. Je recommande sans hésiter cette maison idéalement située dans la banlieue paisible de Gand.

The cottage was perfect for our time in Belgium. It was perfectly positioned for our visits to Antwerp, Ghent and Mechelen. Our family of four had plenty of room and the split bathroom was very nice. There were stores near by for getting groceries. We mainly ate in the cities we were visiting for the day but we did see many little restaurants near the cottage that looked excellent. The beds were comfy and everything was clean. The stairs are steep so they may be challenging for those with mobility issues but it was not an issue for us. The weather was amazing and it was lovely to open the windows and listen to the birds. Would recommend!!

Ein absolut traumhafter Aufenthalt! Das Haus war einfach einmalig – wunderschön gestaltet, top ausgestattet, mit tollem Garten und in herrlich ruhiger Lage. Hier lässt es sich wirklich entspannen und genießen. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir den Gastgeber: so unglaublich freundlich, herzlich und hilfsbereit – man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und jede Minute genossen. Ein Ort, an den man nur zu gerne zurückkehrt. Ganz klare Empfehlung – wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Magnifique séjour dans cette belle maison de vacance avec nos trois enfants. Logement très bien équipé pour une semaine en famille (lit, chaise haute, jeux intérieurs et extérieurs), spacieux et au calme. Propriétaires très sympathiques et disponibles. Merci beaucoup.

We hebben enorm genoten van ons verblijf in het huisje van Sylvia. Wat een prachtig plekje! Het huisje is sfeervol ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien. De zwemvijver is een heerlijke toevoeging – perfect voor een frisse duik. Ook het contact met Sylvia verliep heel prettig: vriendelijk, snel en duidelijk. Wij zouden dit huisje zonder twijfel aanraden aan anderen!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette ravissante petite maison, parfaitement équipée et décorée avec beaucoup de goût (les photos de l'annonce sont très fidèles). Le jardin est un vrai plus. L'emplacement permet de belles balades à pied entre digue et forêt, et il est idéal pour vadrouiller entre Anvers et Gand. Katja est une hôtesse sympathique et investie qui se soucie vraiment du bien-être des vacanciers, la communication était très fluide, toutes nos questions ont eu une réponse quasi immédiate. Merci pour tout et peut-être à une prochaine fois (on garde l'adresse précieusement ☺️) !

AMAZING!! No other word to describe it! We had a fantastic stay at Annicki's place! She was very responsive and so helpful. The house was perfect! The pictures are great, but it is even better in person! The entire place is sparkly clean. The game room is fantastic, the beds are comfy, the kitchen is equipped with everything that you need. We would like to just move there! I highly recommend the stay - you won't be disappointed!

Eine wirklich tolle Wohnung und eine sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Wir waren 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder und es hat uns hier an nichts gefehlt. Der atemberaubende Ausblick allein ist es schon wert, aber die Vermieter haben es geschafft, durch eine geschickte Dekoration die Wohnung wirklich wohnlich zu machen - hier möchte man nach jedem Ausflug am liebsten die Unterkunft gar nicht mehr verlassen! Auf jeden Fall klare Empfehlung!

We absolutely loved our stay! From the very beginning Tanguy was super helpful and responsive. We were able to check in early, and he took the time to show us around the apartment and give us local recommendations. There were thoughtful treats stocked throughout the house as well. The area was gorgeous. Tanguy kept telling us it was home and it truly felt that way. We will definitely be back!

We stayed with colleagues for a business trip. Eugenie's flat is amazing, very well decorated and ideally located in the city. Communication with Eugenie was smooth and seamless. We particularly loved the little snacks and coffee capsules that we found at our arrival, that makes us feel like home.

We hebben ons vermaakt in Antwerpen en heerlijk overnacht in de Airbnb van Barbara. Alles was op loopafstand en het inchecken ging gemakkelijk. Barbara reageerde snel, was vriendelijk en haar instructies waren duidelijk. Het appartement was ruim en heerlijk om naast de 2 slaapkamers ook 2 badkamers te hebben. We komen heel graag terug als we weer in Antwerpen willen overnachten. Aanrader!

Super appart, grand pièce a vivre agréable, belles chambres et bonne literie ! C'est calme et on s'y sent tout de suite chez soi. Pleins de bons restos, proche du calme du Sablon, du Musée, du parc royal d'un côté. Et de l'autre, on est au coeur de la vieille ville en 5mn à pied. Et enfin, Les puces et Ixelles ne sont pas loin non plus. Parfait mélange ! Je recommande et reviendrai.

Philip’s place was absolutely amazing. It was spacious and had everything we needed. Warm and cosy and walking distance to the town centre. We were personally greeted and shown around and given recommendations for restaurants and things to do. Be mindful that the accommodation is right on a cobblestone street and the cars can be noisy but it’s fine at night time. Will definitely be back. Thank you Philip!

Opnieuw een heerlijk verblijf! Prachtig ingericht, centraal gelegen en voorzien van alles wat je nodig. Een verblijf met een ziel. Wij komen zeker voor een derde keer terug!

Very nice and cosy place. A bit outside of city center but easily accessible by tramways/bike and by walking. Our dog Ruby felt just like home. We will definitely come back!

We hebben een hele mooie week gehad. Het huis is ruim genoeg voor ons gezin met 4 kleine kinderen. Het ruime bad was erg handig. De speelkamer was voor de jongste twee een leuke verrassing. Wat hebben ze daar heerlijk gespeeld. Met volop zon en de mooie grote tuin hebben we veel tijd buiten doorgebracht. Er is heel de dag door wel een zon- of schaduwplek te vinden. De BBQ hebben we veel gebruikt. Alles bij elkaar: top!

Corinne und Peter sind fantastische Gastgeber wie man sie sich wünscht. Die Unterkunft ist wirklich herausragend. Alles ist in sehr guter Qualität vorhanden und sehr geräumig. Wir haben uns als Familie mit Kindern und Haustieren sehr wohl gefühlt. Wasser und/oder Kaffee muss man nicht bringen und kann kostenfrei genutzt werden. Wir werden gerne wiederkommen und diese Unterkunft weiterempfehlen. Auch für nur eine Familie habe ich den Preis gerne bezahlt, denn es hat sich wirklich gelohnt ;-) Danke für Alles

Great place set up with love for details and good taste. Spent a nice weekend there with two families incl 5 kids. Would love to come back!

Fantastisch verblijf, makkelijk bereikbaar, netjes en huiselijk, super vriendelijke host! Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar!!

Super vriendelijke ontvangst door Patrick. Het huis was perfect voor een ontspannend weekendje weg. We genoten van aperitieven voor het gezellige haardvuur en ontbijten met een fijn uitzicht.

The house is very big, decorated with great taste and style, the surrounding is very quiet and relaxing, the location is very good, 10 minutes walk to the train station, you can go directly to Brussels centre. This house is absolutely worth it! The water pressure in the bathroom is sufficient, the kitchen space is large, in short! Super good!

La maison de Françoise nous a permis de très belles retrouvailles en famille. Le jardin et l'espace extérieur nous ont permis de profiter du beau temps et du calme environnant. Françoise a répondu à toutes nos questions. Le logement avait toutes les commodités pour nous recevoir à 8 personnes sans aucun souci.

Nous ( 3 couples)avons passé un excellent séjour dans la maison de Joeri. Il était présent à notre arrivée pour nous accueillir et nous expliquer la maison. Fleurs fraîches et un assortiment de bière complètent cet accueil peu commun. Maison spacieuse, lumineuse et très bien équipée dans un environnement calme, mais proche de toute commodité. Une fois sur place nous avons fait tous nos déplacements à vélo.Les pistes cyclables sont nombreuses et faciles à rejoindre. Maison à recommander sans aucune hésitation !
