Stay near the sea in Brantevik, Österlen

The location of the house is great for bicycle rides and hiking along the coast. Rock baths, wonderful white beaches in the near. Three bicycles (as well as two for children) that can be borrowed free of charge. Our guesthouse is located in a village with several restaurants/cafes that are mainly open in summer summertime. You will like the small charming house because of the tranquility, the privacy of the garden and the proximity to the sea. The house is only about 150m from the beach. The listing is best suited for couples or the small family.

In the middle of Österlen, on the charming fishing village of Brantevik, this cozy house is just 300m from the sea. Here you can enjoy the tranquility with the lush garden outside the windows, take a swim in the ocean, stroll along the beach meadows, or read a good book in the hammock. If the weather fails, you can warm up in the jacuzzi, sauna or in front of the fireplace. The garden has a patio on both the front and back (east/north/west), so both breakfast and dinner can be taken in the morning sun. Charcoal grill (Weber) is available.

Rural quiet location in the heart of Österlen

Perfect location for those of you who want to discover Österlen and at the same time live in the countryside You live in our apartment located in one wing of our farm in Karlaby. Here you live on the countryside yet only 15 min to the beautiful sandy beaches at Knäbäckshusen. If you would rather stroll and experience the small-town idyll, Simrishamn is only 8 min away by car. For those of you who play golf, two nice golf courses are offered at Österlens Gk within 15 min by car. All sights come in Kivik, Baskemölla, Rörum, Ystad, etc.

Unique home under a water ceiling, pool, and playground

This is a bit like staying in a boat - a regular comment we received! The studio is relatively newly built, dining area for six, full kitchen, bathroom with washing machine and two bedrooms with clear marine feel in New England style. The layout is open but the bedroom with the double bed still has a certain privacy. Behind a massive teak door from a Simrishamnship, there's a sleeping alcove with four single beds with drapes to pull off. The beds have reading lamps and power outlets for charging. EV charging box. Sauna and pool.

Completely newly built and newly decorated apartment bright and fresh. Private patio. The farm is free with amazing views of the fields. On the farm there is a gallery. Very quiet location. The farm includes a vineyard. Distance to Gärsnäs 3 km, with ICA shop pastry shop, ATM, train station and bus stop. Train every hour to Simrishamn and Ystad. 10 km to Gyllebosjön with nice swimming and hiking area. 20 km to Borrbystrand by the sea with fantastic sandy beach. Dogs are welcome but cost SEK 50/day

Artist Cottage by the sea

Relax and refill your senses in this picturesque old fishing village of Brantevik in the middle of Österlen.Our small cottage is over 120 years old and has belonged to the same family and is today owned by an artist and designer. Access to the cliffs and bathing 2 minutes. "Skåneleden", famous walking trail, passes right outside the house. Restaurants, Daniel Berlins Vyn & cafes around the corner. Österlen area is famous for a rich art and culture heritage. Close to historic sites and beaches.

Bo i rum som del av en ateljé! Njut av ett speciellt boende (men inte för barn under 16 år) i en ateljé som ligger i ett separat hus på det fagra Österlen. Gäster har tillgång till eget sovrum, badrum, matbord och kylskåp. En god frukost ingår i priset! Gården, byggd 1890, ligger vid en liten grusväg i en by cirka tre kilometer från havet och fiskeläget Brantevik. I Brantevik finns restauranger, en liten hamn med bl.a. fiskaffär, underbara klippbad och vackra promenadstråk längs kusten.

You live close to family and receive personal service according to your requests. There's a shortage of water in the Simrisha community, so be economical with water, especially when showering.

Newly refurbished charming guesthouse

Neighbor with wide open fields, some curious cows and close to most of what Österlen has to offer! A quiet, harmonious open-plan home with a kitchen, dining area, and living space with big window sections letting in nature. As we only rent out when we ourselves are not there, there is access to a large garden, a patio in the evening sun and a big orangery for long dinners.
