Perfect location by the sea!

Welcome! The house is situated by the foot of internationally famous "Hammars Backar" , some 15 km east off medieval town of Ystad. Between the house and the sea it´s only about 300 meters of untouched nature ( the whole area is a Nature Reserve)! Cows rule! The house is very big, and hosts an architectual practice as well as the spacious living area. However, the office is closed during the summer, and you´ll get the house and garden all to yourselves. The village Hammar is very small and peaceful, a perfect spot for a relaxing family vacation. Livingroom with sofabed and TV. Sleeping room 1. with 3 beds, sleeping room 2. with a double bed. Here you live on top of the village's charming country shop with a large patio with a view of the rooftops and fields. There is also a private lawn for the property . The village of Bortmingebro is surrounded by rolling fields with the nearest beach 5 km to the south. The ship-setting Ale stenar is less than a mile away and Sandhammaren with its dunes and white sand is still a few kilometers further east.
