Glückstadt, the gem on the Elbe, is centrally located in Schleswig-Holstein. From here, both the North Sea and the Baltic Sea, as well as the Hamburg metropolitan region, can be reached in a short time. Among other things, Glückstadt is located on the Elbe Cycle Route as well as on the Mönchsweg and is also a worthwhile vacation destination for cycling tourists. Our apartment is located outside the city center. On foot you can reach it in about 20 minutes along the idyllic Fleth to the harbor, the jetty, the dike or the market square.

The "Little Kate" with the thatched cottage and the garden house is located on an approximately 10,000 square meter property. Meadows, moor areas, old trees, form the surroundings. The floor space is approximately 50 square meters. The room is between 2.2 m in the conservatory and 4.6 m in the dining area. A wooden ladder leads to the sleeping level. The bed is (2 x 1.4) m. Alternatively, a sofa bed can be used on the first floor. The house was completely renovated in 2019. An approx. 35 sqm terrace is included.

Enjoy the seclusion from everyday work in the middle of bog meadows, not far from the Elbe dyke and the historic old town of Stade.

Disconnect from everyday life, come to rest and find yourself, relaxation for body and mind. Movement is life, a hike, a bike trip, or a walk, just enjoy. In our cozy and at the same time very upscale tiny house/construction trailer, you can switch off and enjoy your break! The 2025 newly built car has a living/sleeping area, a separate bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. The small fireplace invites you to cozy hours in any weather, while you let the view wander into the distance through the panoramic window.

Horst's time out

My time-out Horst stands for real picture book country life. There are cows, chickens, donkeys and fields nearby. And the tranquility, of course. The Elbe and the dyke can be reached in 15-20 min. by car. Here you will find a real beach with great gastronomy From about May to autumn. You can also reach Hamburg in 30 minutes. All relevant shopping facilities are about 1.6-2 km away. In about 3 km. Distance is the train stop. A car is useful here!
