Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Goslar

We felt comfortable in the accommodation of Almut and Rüdiger from the beginning! The house was much better equipped than expected (kitchen utensils, toys, etc.) and really nothing was missing. The two are wonderful hosts and were extraordinarily flexible and helpful, especially when checking in and out. For our family reunion with 7 adults and 2 kids the house was perfect and the value was more than good. We will be happy to come back!

Communication and check-in went smoothly! Sabine and Maik were always available and very helpful. The accommodation is - as in the photos - beautiful and has everything you need for a weekend in the Harz.

There were three of us in total and we enjoyed the stay very much! We discarded some of our plans because we liked the accommodation and the view so much that we spent the time right there. Everything is fine and happy to come back!

We were already guests at Tasja's last year and were happy to come back. This time the stay was even more pleasant - especially the significantly improved cleanliness surprised us positively. The accommodation is cozy, quiet and offers everything you need for a relaxing stay. Tasja is a friendly and helpful host who responds quickly to questions or requests. Nice place and Till was very friendly, helpful, and communicative. Clean and kitchen is stocked with everything 1-2 people need in terms of cookware, cutlery, etc. Would recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful and relaxing location within short driving distance of many good hiking paths in the Harz. We had three nights with a group of 10 and all participants were able to spend a relaxed time well accommodated. The view and the beautiful garden with child-friendly equipment were wonderful.

The place is great for families. The children's room with 2 beds and an additional mattress and games and painting was immediately accepted by our little ones... The location is also very suitable for excursions to the Harz. They were very nice days!

We had a great stay. From start to finish, Nina provided us with all the information we needed. It is very accessible and communicative. The house was very spacious and exactly met our expectations. Everything is very modern and the facilities leave nothing to be desired. Thank you for the unforgettable time.

We felt at home. The furnishings were excellent and quite modern in the apartment. There was everything you need, so we really only had to bring the things we use and not unnecessarily oil or the like. You are absolutely on your own and reach the forest in 30 seconds - it is the very last house before the national park. The apartment's size was also particularly good. Parking was possible in front of the house on the side of the road. We were also pleased with the small welcome package. Overall, the perfect place if you just want to switch off and escape the big city.

We stayed at Christine's Sonnenhof for three nights and it was just excellent. The apartment was tastefully decorated and we immediately felt comfortable. We particularly liked the loving gifts: small jars with homemade jam, bath additives for our children and the sweet children's bedding. The garden was another highlight – beautifully maintained and with two sheep living on the farm in the garden, giving the whole a special touch. Christine was a wonderful hostess who was always careful to ensure that we lacked nothing. We highly recommend the Sonnenhof and would be happy to come back! 😊

We had a great time. The place is very nice and equipped with everything you need. The decor is very aesthetic and loving. We felt comfortable and can well imagine coming back.

We had a great weekend in this cozy accommodation with a fantastic view! Mark was very friendly and helpful. He answered our questions quickly and even allowed us to check in earlier, which we greatly appreciated. The accommodation is small, but very cozy and perfect for a short vacation. The summer toboggan run can be easily reached on foot. It was also very convenient that each bedroom had its own bathroom. However, the hot water was sometimes used up quickly, so we could not all shower at the same time. Unfortunately, we had bad luck with the weather and it was quite cold, so we were glad that the heaters were on, really great! Nearby is the Pizzeria La Capri, which we highly recommend! Although it is a bit more expensive, the food (we had pizza and steak) was worth every penny. All in all, we had a great weekend and can only recommend the accommodation!

We had a super nice stay at Sonja's. My boyfriend could quickly get on the highway on his racing bike and ride a lot of kilometers on good routes with a lot of altitude. Meanwhile, I could walk on the many fine routes that are within a short distance of Braunlage. In the afternoon, we could enjoy some sun when it was out on the cozy terrace in front of the house. We can definitely recommend a visit to Sonja 😊

We are full of satisfaction with the space. We had lots of space everywhere. Andrea kindly greeted us at the garden gate. Darlingerode is a good place to take tours in the Harz. Darlingerode is easily accessible by public transport. The guest card can be used as a bus ticket. The Gasthof Gemedekrug in Drübeck is also recommended.

Beautifully organised apartment, with everything we needed and wanted. Cutlery and kitchen equipment/appliances were much better than average, which was a welcome surprise. Stunning view of the town from the balcony, ideal spot for sunny breakfast and/or a glass of wine. Highly recommended!

Stayed here with my group of friends and we all absolutely loved this place. Great location, good parking. Place was really clean and great interior. Wish we could’ve stayed longer, would definitely stay again. No complaints

The place was not super modern, but really clean. the large room was great for eating or playing together as a large group. From the house there are a few smaller hiking routes. Everything else is quickly accessible by car. (playgrounds, swimming pool, hiking routes...) All in all, we were very satisfied.

We found the house very nice,it is nicely decorated. In the kitchen is everything you need. The landlord is very nice. We can only recommend 😊

The pretty cottage corresponds in all points to the description. We felt very comfortable in it and can highly recommend it. Wonderful excursion destinations are easily accessible in the surrounding area.

We spent an extended weekend in the Harz (Schierke). In fantastic weather, starting from our accommodation, we were able to hike on the Brocken. The resort leaves nothing to be desired and we have been able to enjoy a wonderful break. We will be happy to come back!

Beautiful, cozy retreat after strenuous hikes. Particularly beautiful was the lovingly landscaped garden, which is equipped with several places to stay. The house does not leave any wishes open including great views of the valley.

We stayed there in January 2025. We were warmly welcomed at check-in and informed extensively about everything important. The house with rustic flair was clean and well appointed. The beds were comfortable and there was enough storage space in the rooms to accommodate his belongings. Whether you lie around on the sofa bed in front of the TV, play games at the large table or relax in the small sauna, the stay was perfect for us. The weather also played along and gave us a beautiful winter landscape. You can have breakfast in the attached restaurant or eat delicious food in the evening. Other options are available in the village. All in all, it was a perfect getaway for us. We will definitely come back again.

We loved our stay in Torfhaus. The house was well located and in beautiful surroundings. The area was perfect for our walks. The house was exactly as pictured; Cozy, clean, well decorated with great amenities. We had a great time! Only small downside was that the beds were very hard. They were nice, clean, and tidy, but unfortunately we didn't sleep very well because of the hardness. However, we enjoyed our stay and really enjoyed both the house and area.
