Welcome to our Hütte31! You rent an entire house on three floors directly in the old town of Goslar, a 6-7 minute walk from the market square! The property has 3 bedrooms, each with a double bed and a large sofa bed in the living room. There is a bathroom with shower and toilet as well as a guest toilet. A small courtyard with seating and barbecue facilities is also available. Parking 200 m away. Loading and unloading possible at any time. Supermarket around the corner.

Welcome to Werder, a small village 5 km from Bockenem and the A7 with connection to the A39. Hanover, Braunschweig and Goslar can be reached in about 30 minutes. Shopping and restaurants are in and around Bockenem. The Harz and the Weserbergland invite you to hike and cycle. Motorcyclists will also get their money's worth here. We ourselves ride motorcycles and are happy to assist you with tour questions.

The 120 m² ground floor can accommodate up to 8 guests (incl. Towels and freshly made beds) and is ideal for families or friends looking for a relaxed environment. There are several small islands such as our reading nook or coffee bar. There is a small play area and sandbox for the children. The 700m2 garden offers plenty of space for sunbathing or a cozy evening by the campfire.

Our vacation home is built around 1800 and completely renovated by us. It combines German charm with Dutch cosiness. From the bedrooms you look out over the town, from the living room you can see the huge garden and the mountains behind it.
