Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Grand Junction

We stayed here for two nights while in town for a soccer tournament. It was a perfect place for our family of 5 with plenty of room and amazing views of the national monument right next to it. The patio was so peaceful and landscaping was so beautiful to look at. If you want a secluded private location this is the place for you, very quiet, natural surroundings. The inside is very well appointed and modern, big bathrooms, bedrooms, and kitchen. Great place to stay, would definitely go back.

An incredibly gorgeous spot! It was a splurge for us, but so worth it! We hiked right out the back door, you could do quite a loop off Rapid Creek trail if you are feeling motivated. I was a little worried about my low-slung Prius making it up the driveway, but it did fine! We did move a couple of smallish rocks that had rolled onto the driveway that we weren't sure about. If it was snowy or muddy I'm not sure it would have been possible, but in regular/dry conditions, it's totally possible with a low, 2WD car (I also have lots of dirt road driving experience, if you are only used to paved roads it might be a bit much....) Easy to find, extremely quiet, very well laid out and organized, fabulous AC, super clean, we hope to be back someday!

Great place to be within walking distance to the University. Great coffee options. good strong eater pressure and a nice quite neighborhood.

We were visiting Grand Junction for our sons wedding on the monument. This was a perfect location and had everything we needed. Vikki was easy to work with.

This home was cozy and a perfect place for the 2 of us. The bed was comfortable and the shower ginormous and wonderful! Could have taken an hour long shower! The home is a block from a great Mexican restaurant and within a couple blocks of others including great coffee shops! The hosts were quick to respond and are very easy going and accommodating!

I enjoyed my stay, the apartment was charming and decorated nicely. The area was surprisingly quiet. I found the kitchen easy to be able to cook in. It had everything I needed.

Beautiful space. We needed a spot rolling through and this accommodated nicely. Comfy bed, lovely surroundings. Stephen was very responsive which is always appreciated too. Highly recommend.

I had an amazing stay at Kevin's place! The apartment was incredibly clean, and the location was perfect for exploring downtown. Kevin was also very responsive and helpful, providing me with great local recommendations. I'll definitely be back!

This tiny homes sits across the street from the Wildwood trailhead that leads into the colorado national monument. I got to wake up every morning to that beautiful view. This place is extremely peaceful and beautiful. The home was similar to a hotel room but a million times more private and less constricting. Very clean and with all the listed amenities. the property managers thought of everything to make the stay comfortable. Soaps, shampoo, dish soap, sponges, etc. They also left some snacks and gifts as well as a ton of info on the surrounding area. The owners are next door but very sweet and understanding especially when I had an incident the moment I got there! This was a magical place. Please be aware tho that this house is sort of in a rural area which means nature in all its forms makes its presence known. With that said, the house is very well sealed from critters. Not one sleepless night for me!

We had a great stay. The Airbnb is very clean, exactly as described and pictured. We appreciated the great communication from the host and recommendations they gave for activities to do. Would definitely stay here again.

My grandsons and I enjoyed our stay. It was nice to be able to walk to eat. Parking was great and the retro look had its own charm taking me back to my younger days. The area was quite and peaceful. We would definitely stay again. Sam G

Susan's place was well stocked. Our dog enjoyed the property as it was grassy and large. A fenced front yard with a security gate afforded us a secure stay. We were given a list of attractions to see and local restaurants that were their favorites. The beds and furniture were comfortable. The location went extremely well for our activities being close proximity to the university. Susan and Pat are great people and went out of their way to provide what we needed. We stayed four nights, and their price for the place was a lot less expensive than any three star motel, and it came with all the amenities of our home.

The location was quiet, well-kept, and restful. I met the neighbor’s friendly pup before entering which was a plus. The accommodations were complete having everything one needed. Clean inside and the added coolers were a nice touch. Enjoyed the stay

Nicely set up, comfortable, quiet apartment right in the downtown area. Comfortable bed, good a/c, well set up kitchen. Walking distance to the river path. Easy drive to the Colorado National Monument. The hosts were prompt and helpful with their communications. The apartment is above a restaurant and during the day I could hear some noise from there, but not bad. During the night the place was quiet for sleeping. The downtown area has lots of places to eat and drink, and good shops. There are no major grocery stores downtown, but only a 10-15 minute drive to major stores. All in all I had a nice stay in the apartment.

We loved staying at Geoff’s place! It was very easy to find and to get in. It was clean and had everything we needed including clothing detergent which was a plus. It is located on a busy street, but that didn’t bother us. The bed in the main bedroom is also quite firm so something to keep in mind if that’s not your thing.

The place was clean and comfortable. Bathroom was equipped with nice amenities. The kitchen was a bit small if you’re cooking for more than two people. Coffee bar was equipped far better than the rest of the kitchen. Very limited utensils and no can opener. The unit is next to the building exit so you will hear people going in and out in the second bedroom.

We had SUCH a great stay at Kelly's place! We were visiting Grand Junction for the first time, and were so happy with our choice to stay here--we LOVED how walkable everything was. The downtown area was so cute, and fun to walk around, and we loved being able to do that just a block away from where we were staying. Kelly is super-responsive, and we SO appreciated how clean the whole unit was. I definitely recommend to anyone coming to the area. We would absolutely stay again!!

We loved our stay here! We were in the area to do road cycling and we could access the Colorado National Monument and the river trail easily from the condo. The space was comfortable and clean, and a great place to rest and recharge after biking!

Absolutely perfect stay. A short business trip, 4 nights. All of what you need - great wifi, very comfortable beds, good quality Keurig coffee (I usually HATE Keurig, but they had high quality pods which actually were good), entirely remodeled unit, very clean and cared for. The outside of the unit is incredibly unassuming and you walk into a very beautifully designed and cared for property. The road noise in some reviews is true (however the main road is over a block away and it's not loud), however as a light sleeper, I had no issues or wake events. Will definitely stay here again.
