Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Grand Rapids

And even if you're unfamiliar with Wright's work, a stay here will show you how engaging and inspiring houses can be.

Wow! this is such a fun little getaway. great location on a beautiful lake. Kids had a great time. If we're ever in the area again we will come back and stay longer.

The house was AMAZING! Had all the amenities and beyond! Very beautifully organised and decorated. The host greeted us personally, and kept checking with us if we needed anything. Very kind and very responsive. We felt like home! Thank you!

Cody’s place was clean, quiet and a beautiful setting.

We loved the kayaks and projector screen for tv. We were outside most of the time because of the amazing deck and outdoor furnishings. One day, we rented jet skis from Michigan Recreational Rentals and just rode up and down the river all day. The guy that rents those is super nice and made it so convenient for us. The home itself was super clean and cozy.

Situated nicely between Holland and Saugatuck, there is plenty to take in and even more to do. But the beauty in this rental is that all the attractions are close but yet far enough away so if peace and quiet is your goal, it will not disappoint. We only stayed 3 days and couldn’t even come close to enjoying everything the area has to offer. And the accommodations were beyond what we expected; from the personal touches and hand written notes, to the cleanliness and functionality of your own home. We wanted for nothing but more time!

We had the best time! The house was so clean, everything was labeled and Brian had everything you could possibly need. The home was in a beautiful neighborhood. We loved spending time on the boat and the lake which was footsteps from the home. Everything was perfect and we can’t wait to book again

We stayed at the house for our son's wedding. We had the groomsmen staying with us as well. The large kitchen counterspace worked great for setting out a breakfast buffet the morning of the wedding. The 3 bathrooms made it easy for everyone to get ready. The deck and lake backdrop was beautiful for pictures. I only wish we had a longer stay to enjoy the beautiful view. Krista was helpful in suggesting places to leave extra cars, as we had many people arriving from different cities. The binder of house info was useful and seeing the pictures of the renovations from the original house was very cool.

Everything was squeaky clean and just as described. Would recommend 10/10!

Really enjoyed our stay here. The place was even more beautiful that the pictures showed, and was in a quiet, peaceful area. Close distance to downtown Douglas and Saugatuck. Also is ~10 min to Virtue Cider and Fenn Valley Winery. It was the perfect spot for my partner and I, and our two dogs. Sara was an awesome host and very responsive. Would definitely stay here again!

Kara's Cottage was great. The pictures do not begin to show how cute this place is. The attention to detail was wonderful. The unit felt very much like a home away from home. Kara is sweet and warm. Wonderful host!!

We love the back patio where bird watching is a given. Comfy chairs and gorgeous open back yards make it so relaxing. Our grandsons enjoy the foosball table!

Ron and Judy are absolute sweethearts. I can't recommend enough and look forward to going back!

Second time staying at one of Bills properties. Both properties I have stayed at are in a good location, clean, and right in downtown Lake Odessa. Will book again in the future if I am in the area.

My best friend and I took our annual girl’s trip to Michigan and we are so glad we chose Amy & Derek’s place! It was peaceful and secluded. As silly as it may sound, we liked having the dehumidifier. The place we stayed at last year in Saugatuck had a lot of humidity, causing our stuff to be quite damp. It’s a nice touch! We loved being greeted by the kitties! Amy & Derek were friendly and accommodating! I recommend staying at their place! 💐

This was the perfect place for our anniversary weekend. It was the perfect location and we were able to walk everywhere. We didn’t use our car all weekend. Would definitely stay here again! Kimberly was very kind, responsive and helpful!

Amazing environment and great community.

Accommodations were exactly what our family of four needed. Great location, close to everything. Very clean and comfortable. My only recommendation to guests is, if you’re a light sleeper, bring a sound machine or ear plugs. It’s near the highway and there’s an early garbage truck daily. No fault of the owner! We’d stay here again!

Great building in a great location. Neat that there’s a sky bridge to connect to an indoor retail area. The unit is more of a studio and is not wheelchair accessible (sunken and raised rooms everywhere). The bathroom is really nice and the shower has great water pressure. The balcony is nice too. Has everything you’d need for a short stay. The floors are a little thin so sometimes there’s noise from above. There was also some street noise including the nightly musical fountain nearby at dusk. Overall we enjoyed our stay!

We enjoyed our stay at Northern Lights! The condo had everything we needed and was in a great location to so many places. Steve was a great host and very responsive. We will definitely be back!

Thank you, Ashley, for a wonderful stay! We loved the privacy and comfort here, the ease of access to interstate and everywhere we wanted to explore. Very clean and calm! Appreciated the intentional touches - coffee, laundry pods, bug spray (mosquitoes were brutal one night). Covered parking spot was nice, great communication and availability/flexibility from host. Great, peaceful stay, we would return! Only tip for future guests is to bring an eye mask for sleeping, bedroom is a bit bright from outdoor lights.

Catherine's Beach House was the perfect place to stay for our fall trip to South Haven. It was close to the area beaches, shops and other amenities. The Beach House has everything plus more! My little ones loved the children's toys and books that were available. We cooked all of our meals at Catherine's place which was a huge plus. The host went above and beyond with information about local events, places to visit and restaurants to try. Catherine was responsive and incredibly kind. We hope to visit the Beach House again soon!

My son and I stayed at Karen’s place for a night and it was perfect! Great location, beautiful place, and great recommendations from her. She was terrific to communicate with from the moment we booked and ensured we had everything we needed for our short trip to Grand Haven- highly recommend!
