The apartment is located within 5 minutes’ walk from the train station and city center. It has a separate entrance and consists of a sleeping room with double bed, extra large (160 x 220 cm), including a writing desk, a bathroom with shower and a living room with TV, a Grothrian-Steinweg piano, integrated kitchen and dining area, a sofa-bed. It has a nice view into our garden with an area with picknick-table for the guest. A free parking lot and a terrace also belongs to the apartment.

The Holzteichquartier is located in a quiet residential area next to the Museumswerft and the Museumshafen. There you will find restaurants and bars on the waterfront within walking distance. Further over a pedestrian bridge, the historic city center can be reached in a few minutes on foot with the market square and all the various shopping, medical practices and other offers for daily needs. In Neuenkirchen, 4 km away, there is a shopping mall. You can find more tips in my guidebook.

The marketplace, the Pomeranian State Museum and the museum harbor are just a few steps away. There is a charging station for electric cars right outside the door. From the balcony you have a breathtaking view of the yacht and sailing harbor, where you can admire the passing boats. The apartment has free parking. This is right in front of the house. The Greifswald city center is a 15 minutes.

Here I offer my cozy, ground-level, small place to stay. On 46 m² you can feel really comfortable with 2 people. For a third person, the sofa bed (1.20 m) can be used in the living room. The terrace to the rear courtyard is accessible via the bedroom and you can enjoy the evening sun there. There is a bakery in the house. Downtown, train station and supermarket are within walking distance.
