The apartment is located within 5 minutes’ walk from the train station and city center. It has a separate entrance and consists of a sleeping room with double bed, extra large (160 x 220 cm), including a writing desk, a bathroom with shower and a living room with TV, a Grothrian-Steinweg piano, integrated kitchen and dining area, a sofa-bed. It has a nice view into our garden with an area with picknick-table for the guest. A free parking lot and a terrace also belongs to the apartment.

Further over a pedestrian bridge, the historic city center can be reached in a few minutes on foot with the market square and all the various shopping, medical practices and other offers for daily needs. Here I offer my cozy, ground-level, small place to stay. On 46 m² you can feel really comfortable with 2 people. For a third person, the sofa bed (1.20 m) can be used in the living room. The terrace to the rear courtyard is accessible via the bedroom and you can enjoy the evening sun there. There is a bakery in the house. Downtown, train station and supermarket are within walking distance.
