Living room with comfy L-shaped sofa, which converts to another double bed, TV and DVD player as well as eating space to seat four. Open-plan kitchen, well equipped with fridge/freezer, hob, oven and dishwasher.

The entrance is on the side of the villa with small forecourt and view of the private south garden. Small kitchen with dining area for 2 people, approx. 20 sqm bedroom with wardrobe, table, chairs, TV. Bathroom with large sauna, use cost. (€5). You can also use the cost of cleaning if needed. Regional and S-Bahn in 10 minutes walk. (9 min. Drive to Potsdamer Platz), bus within 3 min. Ent., shopping within walking distance (Lidl, Aldi, REWE, Rossmann, C&A, organic shop, weekly market).

Peaceful yet central. Stahnsdorf is located on the southwestern Berlin commuter belt. Potsdam and Berlin are within easy reach. Bus 622 to Berlin runs right outside the front door (S-Bahn: Mexikoplatz /U-Bahn: Krumme Lanke). The bus stop to Potsdam is about 400 meters away. We are renting our apartment from September 2021 and would like to warmly welcome you. It is bright and friendly, clean and quietly located. You can also use the garden and terrace. We rent a two-storey, plus basement, complete apartment in the music district in Teltow. The apartment is about 81 square meters, very bright and friendly, parking is on the property and also on the street. A large terrace, facing south, can be reached directly through the living room. Transport connections to Berlin are within walking distance in about 15 to 20 minutes, shopping facilities are several in the vicinity. Please read the house rules.

Der Mix aus Natur, der Nähe zum BER und der Möglichkeit innerhalb von 30 - 40 Minuten mit Auto oder Bahn in die Berliner City zu gelangen, machen den Charme der Lage aus. Das Auto kann kostenfrei abgestellt werden. Die Gastgeber wohnen im vorderen Einfamilienhaus, so dass der persönliche Kontakt gesichert ist.

Bright, friendly and quiet studio and extra bedroom with private terrace in a large garden. Ideally suited as a base for trips to Berlin and Potsdam. The train, bus and airport bus to BER are only about 350 meters away on foot. With the local transport ticket ABC, you can reach Potsdamer Platz in 13 minutes and Berlin Central Station in 16 minutes by train. Parking is available close to the property. Aldi is about 300 meters away.
