This stylish two-room apartment with private entrance is perfect for your trip to Berlin and offers the perfect retreat in urban proximity. Friedrichshain, 10 min., Treptow, 15 min. & Kreuzberg, 20 minutes are within walking distance. In addition to the large kitchen-living room, there is the adjoining bedroom with direct access to the quiet terrace (40 sqm). This apartment also has its own shower room, Wi-Fi, washing machine and dryer. A covered carport by the house can be booked on site.

Peaceful yet central. Stahnsdorf is located on the southwestern Berlin commuter belt. Potsdam and Berlin are within easy reach. Bus 622 to Berlin runs right outside the front door (S-Bahn: Mexikoplatz /U-Bahn: Krumme Lanke). The bus stop to Potsdam is about 400 meters away. We are renting our apartment from September 2021 and would like to warmly welcome you. It is bright and friendly, clean and quietly located. You can also use the garden and terrace. Light and quiet attic apartment in a family house near Berlin. Via the highway AVUS you can reach the Messe Berlin-area in 15 minutes. The apartment is the ideal place for exploring Berlin, Potsdam and the surrounding area of Brandenburg by car. The center of Kleinmachnow with good shopping opportunities (large Edeka, drugstore, pharmacy, bakery, tailor shop, bookstore, toy store, etc.) is within walking distance (approx. 500 m). For 2 guests the price increases by 17.50 € / night.

Cozy apartment on historic 4-sided courtyard

In the historic village street is our communal 4Seitenhof. The apartment is located in the eastern former stable building and has been lovingly renovated and equipped. It consists of an open plan living, dining and sleeping area with small shower room and terrace to the courtyard. The kitchen has, among other things, a fridge with freezer, a stove with oven and a dishwasher. Garden use is possible. Also visit the curious alpaca in the neighboring village (additional costs).

Berlin Wannsee Summer House

It isn't big, but has all the comforts to be without fancy. The cottage is charming and old, not a designer tiny house. The center of Berlin and Potsdam are quickly reached. Private access, balcony with water view, terrace and garden around. Living room with kitchen, bathtub, bedroom and extra sleeping space on the sofa bed for an extra charge. We live next door, so never an access or key problem. We are at the Wall Trail. Pets are also welcome.

The two rooms, 17 and 18 sqm with private entrance and private bathroom are very quiet, windows and terrace directly overlook a nature reserve. To the city border and bus stop it is 5 minutes. There are two buses to the S-Bahn station Zehlendorf. But you can also walk there in 20 minutes. The neighborhood is very special due to old villas, cobblestones and lots of greenery. Nevertheless, the city is very close. There are plenty of parking spaces.

Remise with garden and pool

This unique place has a style all its own. Pretty remise with private garden and access to the communal pool. The guest house is suitable for 2, but no more than 3 people. It consists of an open living-dining area with fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with direct access to the private garden with a small terrace. From here, you can also go directly to the communal pool area. The bathroom is tiled in a modern style and has a floor-level shower.

Quiet studio - quick to get to Berlin by public transport

Bright, friendly and quiet studio and extra bedroom with private terrace in a large garden. Ideally suited as a base for trips to Berlin and Potsdam. The train, bus and airport bus to BER are only about 350 meters away on foot. With the local transport ticket ABC, you can reach Potsdamer Platz in 13 minutes and Berlin Central Station in 16 minutes by train. Parking is available close to the property. Aldi is about 300 meters away.

Divided into 2 large light-flooded rooms, a fully equipped apartment awaits you - including a small workplace by the window - with direct access to the terrace in the middle of our small green oasis. The apartment is on the ground floor. Free parking is available behind the house. The apartment is 15 minutes from BER Airport. A shuttle service is available by arrangement.
