Unsere liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung mit Küche, Wohnzimmer, Bad und Schlafzimmer befindet sich in einem historischen ostfriesischen Arbeiterhaus von 1928. Sie liegt am Auricher Stadtrand und ist damit sowohl stadt- als auch naturnah. Die Wohnung hat alles, was ihr für einen erholsamen Urlaub nahe Nordseeküste und Wattenmeer braucht. Fühlt euch bei uns wie Zuhause!

It offers 130 m² with high ceilings, a large, open living area with access to the garden/terrace and luxurious kitchen - all on the first floor. A private parking space is directly accessible at the apartment and also conveniently accessible via the terrace. Die Ferienwohnung wurde im Mai 2022 fertiggestellt und liegt im 1.OG auf Gut Winkel, dem ältesten noch existierenden Hof (1746) in der Gemeinde Apen. Sie ist sehr hochwertig und liebevoll ausgestattet und bietet auf ca. 75qm 2 Personen Platz. Die Gartenbenutzung ist selbstverständlich erlaubt. Wir leben hier zusammen mit unseren Hunden, Katzen und Pferden und freuen uns, Dich in dieser Idylle begrüßen zu dürfen. Der Hof hat eine ganz besondere Aura, die es zu entdecken gilt.
