Moin und willkommen im Herzen von Ostfriesland! Unser liebevoll eingerichtetes Ferienhaus ist optimal dafür, um diese herrliche Region zu erkunden. Gelegen im malerischen Großefehn, direkt am Kanal, erwartet dich ein authentisches Fehnhaus mit allem Komfort. Die Landschaft kann perfekt mit dem Rad erkundet werden, aber auch die Küste, ein Ausflug auf die ostfriesischen Inseln, verschiedene Städte und sogar ein Abstecher in die Niederlande sind von hier aus bequem mit dem Auto zu erreichen.

Loft apartment – central … and surrounded by greenery

You will feel comfortable in our cozy loft apartment. You live quietly - in the middle of the countryside - and yet you are just a few steps across the beautiful Schlossplatz in the city center with many small shops and restaurants. The harbor with bicycle and boat rentals, the swimming pool with a large sauna area, one of the most beautiful cinemas in Germany, the walking and cycling paths along the canal and through the surrounding fields and pastures are right on the doorstep.

Enjoy life at this peaceful and centrally-located place with lots of things to do. The apartment (55 sqm) is on the first floor (bathroom, kitchen & conservatory) and second floor (bedroom and living/bedroom) with private access. For layout, see floor plan. The apartment has a large, quiet garden which can of course be shared. A parking space is located on the property in front of the garage. Very centrally located, pedestrian zone, restaurants, shops in the immediate vicinity.

Light-flooded terraced house "Thea"

The "Thea" townhouse impresses with cozy retreat corners, such as the sleeping area with a view of the sky, the light-flooded reading & relaxation room with a small yoga & meditation corner, or the outdoor bed. Dogs are welcome, and there is a fenced garden, a cuddly cave and bowls for them. I myself loved living here and enjoying all weather conditions from the sleeping area, listening to the birds in the outdoor bed or reading on the sofa with a cup of tea.

Beautiful cottage on the Ihler Meer

The cottage is located in a quiet cul-de-sac location on the Ihler Meer. Shopping, pharmacy, the monastery of the Ihlower Forest, as well as the swimming beach of the Ihler Meer can be reached in a few minutes on foot or by bike. Ihlowerfehn is an ideal location to explore all of East Frisia. Various coastal regions can be reached in about 45 minutes by car. In the immediate vicinity is a restaurant with beer garden as well as a beautiful playground.

Vergiss deine Sorgen – in dieser geräumigen Wohnung im Herzen von Ostfriesland kannst du eine tolle Auszeit vom Alltag genießen... In dem großen offenen Wohnbereich befindet sich eine Wohnecke mit SmartTV, eine Küchenzeile und ein Essbereich sowie Schlafmöglichkeiten. Zusätzlich zu dem offenen Wohnbereich gibt es noch ein geräumiges Doppelzimmer und ein neues Bad mit ebenerdiger Dusche. Terassen und Parkplätze stehen kostenlos zur Verfügung.

Vacations for the whole family

Great connections to the city, village or sea. From our apartment, you are at the water within minutes. 10 minutes' drive to Lake Timmeler or approx. 40 minutes to the North Sea.  For shopping trips and sightseeing, it is 15 minutes to the historic old town of Leer (East Frisia). There are two bedrooms for 2 people each and a sofa bed for 2 people in the living room.  You can also enjoy your vacation in the spacious garden.

Quiet apartment in historic village

Quiet apartment in the historic village of Neustadtgödens. Just 12 km from the North Sea with great excursion opportunities and especially suitable for cyclists. An excursion to Jever 12 km or to Dangast by bike through the beautiful countryside. Close by is the beautiful Sande swimming lake or the Gödens moated castle. On the Ems-Jade Canal is a paddle and pedal station. Various restaurants and supermarkets are 3 km away.

Vacation home "Harmony"

My wish is that my vacation guests will relax and feel comfortable! When renovating this apartment, I was able to create a cozy atmosphere! The ambiance is very nice and stylish with a rustic flair! Downstairs is one bedroom with double bed, new bathroom and kitchen! Upstairs is a living room with a box spring bed (1.80 x 2.00), a lounge area, a dining area and a fireplace! Tone panoramic windows complete it all!
