If you are looking for a place to stay in the countryside with proximity to Potsdam and Berlin, then this spot might be just right for you. Potsdam can be reached by bus or car in about 15 minutes. By a regional train connection in the village, you are from the Wilhelmshorst train station in 30 minutes at the Berlin main station. The property has a sunny south-facing terrace and an approximately 1000 square meter garden to relax. After a day of sightseeing, your kids can play here to their heart's content.

The large basement apartment offers two open spaces for real relaxation. In the morning, watch the cranes with an espresso or greet the fox in the evening with a glass of cool wine, all included. Here you start the state horticultural show on Beelitzer Spargelstrasse to Caputh on the Havel.

It isn't large but has all the comforts without being fancy. The cottage is charming and old, not a designer tiny house. Berlin's center and Potsdam can be reached quickly. Private access, balcony with water views, terrace and garden all around. Living room with kitchen, bathtub, bedroom and extra sleeping space for an extra charge on the sofa bed. We live next door, so never an access or key problem. We are on the Wall Trail. Pets are also welcome.

The holiday apartment on the ground floor is spacious and family-friendly. Bed linen and towels are provided accordingly. The wooden house is surrounded by forest on all sides and offers uninterrupted views and spectacular light. The cabin is a 6 minute bikeride away from a beautiful and ever-quiet lake for swimming and bathing.

Cozy, modern houseboat in Potsdam

Our houseboat is a cozy, modern fixed boat, which is located on a jetty of a campsite. The high-quality equipment and the fantastic view over Lake Templin make it difficult for us to leave every time. In summer we enjoy the 90 sqm roof terrace, which also invites you to barbecue. Through underfloor heating, a fireplace and our own sauna, we make our houseboat a dreamlike retreat even in winter.

A small and very cozy apartment in the Nuthe-Nieplitz Nature Park with good connections to Potsdam and Berlin. The 2-room apartment is located in the basement of a semi-detached house, has 40 square meters, is completely newly renovated, with a separate entrance, small terrace and beautiful view of the garden, which can of course be used.
