The house has a large wooden deck and plenty of space for games and fun and a BBQ grill.

The apartment is located on the ground floor of a building with an exit to the terrace. The kitchenette equipment allows you to easily prepare meals and enjoy them at a comfortable table. There is a private parking lot, and a heated pool ( during the holiday season). Year-round sauna (for an additional fee).

Big Beautiful Apartment close to beach (300 m)

80 sm apartment for people who value relaxation close to nature. Two bedrooms (one bed 180cm, the other two beds 90cm), 2 bathrooms, 2 terraces. The apartment provides pleasant time for the whole family. Kitchenette with dining room and sofa area with TV. The apartment is surrounded by trees, it is intimate and quiet. Parking by the building on a fenced area with security. To the sea and the beautiful beach 300 meters walk through the forest. In March 2025 we refreshed the interiors.

Apartament City is located near the Seaside Park and the West Beach. There is a bicycle path next to the building, a PKP transfer base (2 min.) Aquapark Milenium, sports and athletics stadium about 400 meters. The Fishing Port and the Yacht Port with the Salt Redoubt are also very interesting places. The pier, the lighthouse and the promenade are about 15 minutes' walk. Kołobrzeg is a unique place with its microclimate and many attractions. I answer all phone calls and e-mails.
