Enjoy the peace and nature of Bornholm in this spacious house with room for the family. The house is located on the outskirts of Østerlars and there is walking/biking distance to Stavehøl waterfall. The home: the house has 2 bedrooms, but there is also a bed and sofa bed in the living room. So there are a total of 6 sleeping places. There is a laundry room, bathroom, kitchen with dishwasher and everything you need. From the dining area in the living room you can both look out on fields and Østerlar's round church or out on the large plot with fruit trees in the backyard.

Enjoy nature, the animals on the farm and the freedom of our small campsite in your own tent and accessories. We are a small family of four who enjoy life in the countryside with our Icelandic horses, cows, chickens and cats. Traner, several birds of prey, hare, deer and deer, who also like to stop by. You will have access to our outdoor separation toilet, outdoor (cold) shower and shared kitchen. Our industrious hens lay fresh eggs for you every day. 6 km to the sea and fantastic swimming opportunities.

Everything from the bedroom with the pitoresque view upstairs to the kitchen/ livingroom area with the fireplace and the french door leading to the romantic small courtyard devided into tiny patios in different levels, to the lounge area with gasgrill amongst clematis on the surrounding stone fence, just screams hygge !

Arkitekttegnet lavenergihus i træ fra Østerlars savværk. Huset ligger hævet over Listed(Svaneke), 1 minuts gang fra badestigen på havnen og 5 minutters gang fra den smukke strand "Høl". Huset ligger ugenert og med en fantastisk udsigt over Listed, Østersøen og Christians Ø. Der er gulvvarme på begge etager, og huset er velegnet til vinterophold. Huset er allergivenligt, og kæledyr ikke tilladt. Opholdet er uden sengelinned, håndklæder etc, men kan bestilles i god tid for 200 DKK per person.

Modern summerhouse with a view

Our unique 100m2 summerhouse was designed by a Danish/Norwegian architect couple and was built in 2023. The historic stone fence beautifully frames the house and the view of the crashing waves of the Baltic Sea, providing stunning scenery from the common areas. The house has an open floor plan with high ceilings filled with natural light. It is divided into a bedroom wing and a common area, and we've decorated it simply with natural materials to create a calm and relaxed atmosphere.

Stenhuggeren have - glamping (havecamping) I hjertet af Bornholm, i en stort og ugeneret have med blik på solnedgangen over markerne op mod Almindingen - hvor Nydamsåen smøger sig igennem haven, der er anlagt i cottagestil, findes der tre telte (5 m i diameter), der er indrettet hyggeligt og opredt med dobbeltseng eller to enkelte senge. Der er adgang til fælles toilet og bad samt veludstyret køkken med gaskomfur, ovn, opvaskemaskine og hylde i køleskabet /skuffe i fryseren.

Huset er lille og rustikt. Enkelt indrettet og rummer alt det basale for en god ferie. Der er 5 km. til Rønne og 4 km. til Hasle, busforbindelser tæt på og fri parkering.

High-quality double bed (160 cm) on the gallery and a high-quality sofa bed (140 cm) in the living area. A 25 sqm sun terrace with fantastic sea views surrounded by a flower field invites you to morning coffee or a sundowner.

Annex 2 minutes from the beach

Skøn sommerhusstemning i en gammel smedje. Hyggeligt indrettet gammelt anneks til vores hus, kun to minutter fra stranden og havnen. Et eller to værelser + køkken/stue samt badeværelse. Der er sengepladser til 4, det er dog muligt at rede op til 6. I deler have med os - det er muligt at grille efter aftale. I haven har den anerkendte kunster Frederik Næblerød udført et vægmaleri. Køkkenet er simpelt, men der er kogeplade/emhætte/køleskab og espressomaskine.
