My house is located in the center of Gujan-Mestras near the town hall, 300 m from the port and 500 m from the train station, all within walking distance. Arcachon, the ocean beaches and the Dune du Pyla are 15 minutes away by car. Wood-clad house overlooking the street leading to the port (may be a little noisy) with a private terrace of 12 m2. It consists of a 25 m2 living room with a bed, a fully equipped kitchen and an 11 m2 bedroom with a private bathroom, walk-in shower and toilet.

We welcome you to this charming little townhouse, which is located 10 km from Arcachon and only 15 minutes from the Pyla dune! It includes a bright main room with equipped kitchen and a sofa bed.
