Authentic oyster farming district. Train station 400m away. Atypical for the comfort provided by the wood, its terraces, its water environment (between the port and the 'canelot'), its views, its swimming pool and the neighbor's oysters - the best in the Basin. This is my personal home.

Frontline villa with superb pool view. 5 bedrooms (sleeps 10): - 4 bedrooms (4 beds, 2 places in 140 cm) - 1 mezzanine bedroom with 2 beds of 90 cm. 4 additional beds possible, i.e. 14 beds in total if: - the 2-seat sofa in the library is used - The beds on the mezzanine are enlarged to 2 places 4 bathrooms. Quiet house in a private residence in the oyster capital of the basin, not far from the ornithological park.

Small house, 100m from Place de la Claire

In the center of Gujan (100 m from Place de la Claire), 10 minutes walk from the oyster ports and the Canal beach, this small house is completely renovated and is perfect for 4 people. The house opens to a common green area,not fenced, so not suitable for young children. Street traffic during shopping opening hours but we are in a small neighborhood, and the house has double glazing.
