Quiet house in a private residence in the oyster capital of the basin, not far from the ornithological park.

Small house, 100m from Place de la Claire

In the center of Gujan (100 m from Place de la Claire), 10 minutes walk from the oyster ports and the Canal beach, this small house is completely renovated and is perfect for 4 people. The house opens to a common green area,not fenced, so not suitable for young children. Street traffic during shopping opening hours but we are in a small neighborhood, and the house has double glazing.
