Virkelig hyggelig lille tiny sommerhus med havudsigt i bunden af Lammefjorden, 5 min gang til fin badebro (1 maj til 1 okt) Huset ligger i rolige omgivelser. En terrasse som er syd/vest vendt. Huset er med opvaskemaskine, induktionskomfur og mikroovn. Der er 55” tv med chromcast og trådløst højhastigheds netværk. Prisen er incl forbrug, sengetøj, håndklæder, sæbe, toiletpapir , viskestykke og karklud. Der står cykler til fri afbenyttelse både til børn og voksne så man kan udforske området.

Nice separate bright apartment of 70 sqm consisting of three rooms: Kitchen-living room, bathroom and bedroom. Outdoor area in front of the apartment with coffee table and chairs. It is less than one kilometer to shopping and located in scenic surroundings. A crib can be loaned and pets are allowed for a fee. The cottage has 3 kayaks you can borrow if you want to enjoy the fjord from the water. The fjord "Tempelkrogen" is known for its good fishing waters. The cottage is 45 minutes from Copenhagen.

Welcome to this amazing and cozy cottage located on undisturbed natural land and with direct access to private beach. The house is decorated in modern beach house style – ”simple living” with a great amount of charm and a personal touch! The House is located on a 3.600 square meters plot, where the 2.000 square meters are beach and sea. The beach is private (though the public has access). But since it is private and there is no big parking lot you'll mostly have the beach to yourself!

.The decoration is Nordic style and the building consists of living room with a sofa bed, a bathroom with shower and a kitchen with dining area and direct access to 16m2 terrace equipped with garden furniture. it is suitable for two people. . The nearest village is only 7 km away with shopping options. we are a couple in the sixties living permanently with our Jack Russel in the adjacent building, ,and we will alw terrierays be available for any inquiries and immediate help.

Our guest house is situated only 100m from Holbæk Fjord by a little lake surrounded by trees. When you live in the house you are close to nature, with easy access to the Fjord. The fjord is often used for water sports. Bicycle- and walking routes makes it easy to take tours, and with a short distance to the center of Holbæk (5 km) you can easily experience the town. Because of the lake, just in front of the guesthouse, it is not suitable for smaller children.
