It is about 25 km to Aarhus and about 20 km to Ebeltoft. The house has 3 bedrooms. There is a kitchen and living room with a wood-burning stove. There are two terraces with sun and good shelter. Cozy 1st floor apartment on our farm, located in rural surroundings. The home is centrally located in East Jutland, 18 km from Aarhus C and 9 km from the access road to the E45 motorway. The apartment has a south/east-facing terrace, where you can grill or light a fire. There is room for four guests with the possibility of extra beds. We have a sweet, child-friendly and calm dog, as well as four tame cats, who roam freely on the property. The dog and cats are not allowed in the apartment.

Separate toilet. Kitchen with stove , fridge / freezer and dishwasher. In the lovely bright living room are comfortable leather furniture and a cozy rocking chair. Beside the house is a small path leading to one of the best beaches in Aarhus region.

Small cottage in Skovgårde of 42 sqm with adjoining annex. 2 beds in the house and 2 in the annex. Located in a quiet area with about 600-700 meters to the water with a nice swimming beach. Nearby attractions include Djurs Sommerland about 10 km away and with a drive of about 30 minutes you will find Randers Rainforest, Scandinavian Animal Park, the frigate Jylland, Kattegat Center and Ree Park.
