The house is in two levels connected with a steep staircase and hence less suitable if poor walking or for children without having assistance. Österlen offers its most beautiful sunset on the patio to this quiet and modern accommodation. Welcome to Lundsgård. Here you can rest in seclusion between visits to everything that Österlen has to offer. The annex has six beds (two in a sofa bed), a modern kitchen with fridge, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker and toaster. In the bathroom there is a shower, washing machine and dryer. About 600 meters to a very nice sand beach. The house is a zero-energy house where solar cells produce electricity corresponding to annual consumption.
