Between the house and the sea it´s only about 300 meters of untouched nature ( the whole area is a Nature Reserve)! Cows rule! The house is very big, and hosts an architectual practice as well as the spacious living area. However, the office is closed during the summer, and you´ll get the house and garden all to yourselves. Ola's Garden

Welcome to an idyllic guesthouse dating back to you! Here you live peacefully among fields and greenery in the completely renovated stable which is a 1.5 level villa of about 150 sqm. To the accommodation there is a large landscaped garden,"Olas garden", which is 100 years old. The garden is full of leafy trees, flowers and plants that make every season unique. There's also a pond, a rose walkway as well as a lot of berries and fruits. The house has a sauna and a fire place. The bus to Simrishamn and Ystad stops right outside the house.

"Lilla Huset" är ett eget boende på 27 km2 med ett stor träddäck. Huset har en vardagsrumsdel, en matplats och ett kök med ugn. Badrummet är utrustat med dusch och golvvärme. Huset är endast 1 km från kusten och Valleberga utsiktsplats. Närmaste badstrand är Löderupstrandbad. Backagården har kafé i närheten. Kåsebergahamn med restauranger och Ales stenar ligger 2 km bort. Det är nära till Hagestads naturreservat med milslånga sandstränder, Daghammarskölds Backåkra och Glimmingehus.

In the area, there is also access to a shop, pizzeria, outdoor swimming, Ystad golf club, etc. 150 meters to the bus stop towards Ystad or Simrishamn.
