The house is located in a quiet and culturally protected area of central Landskrona. Parking can be done in the area, but not free of charge and costs SEK2/hour around the clock. The apartment is located on the first floor of a two-family house, where the host couple live in the apartment above. The area is approximately 74 sqm, divided into kitchen, bathroom, bedroom with double bed as well as two living rooms, of which in one is a sofa bed. The courtyard is lush and inviting and offers several seating areas.

Warm welcome to cozy Ekeby, a smaller town located in northwest Skåne. Approximately 3,500 people of mixed ages live here, mainly in villas but also in some apartments and farms. In the village there is a grocery store with a wide assortment, a kiosk with a snack bar and a pizzeria. One of Sweden's largest privately owned furniture stores is also located here, with a restaurant serving lunch, sandwiches and cakes. There is a health center and in the shop we find a small range of pharmacy products.

Enjoy your holiday in a rural location with the animals outside the window! Morning sun and grazing horses as accessories for morning coffee. 1.5 km to the train station with connection to Helsingborg and Malmö. Spacious parking included. The apartment is located on top of the stable so noises can occur during the night. There are animals on the farm so it is not recommended if you have a severe fur allergy. Welcome, My name is Frans, a couple of years ago I had a stroke so my speech isn’t a 100% but I understand Dutch, English and Swedish. The living room, bedroom and bathroom have been built inside a garage which is yours as well (there’s plenty of heating).
