PLEASE NOTE: The entrance area (living/dining area) is passed through when coming and going, and the kitchen is shared.

The accommodation is located in a quiet residential area with very good connections: the S-Bahn is 8 minutes' walk away and leads directly to the most important sights. The city center and harbor can be reached by car in just 10 minutes. Parking spaces are not on the property, but are available free of charge and for an unlimited time on the roundabout directly in front of the house. Welcome to the western outskirts of Hamburg! The apartment is located in a quiet street. In the bedroom there is a double bed and a sofa bed. The bright bathroom has a floor-to-ceiling shower and plenty of space. In the living room, we have realized a sleeping alcove with a 1.40 m wide box spring bed. The couch in the living room is also a sofa bed. The open bright kitchen has plenty of space and storage space. From the kitchen you can access the terrace.

The property is a 7-minute walk from Bönningstedt Train Station. At the moment, there is a rail replacement traffic to Hamburg, so it takes about 1 hour by public transport to Hamburg.

The cottage is a former half-timbered carport and is located on a 3000 sqm property together with the landlord's residential building in a quiet forest settlement at a distance of about 300 m from the federal road 3. It is designed for 2 people and no pets are allowed. Bedding and towels are provided. The location is ideally suited for hiking and cycling tours in the Lüneburg Heath.
