The 2025 newly built wagon has a living /sleeping area, a separate bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. The small fireplace invites you to cozy hours in any weather, while you let the view wander into the distance through the panoramic window.

Unser großzügiges, freistehendes Fachwerkhaus (250qm) auf einem 900qm großen Grundstück bietet die perfekte Ruhe und Entspannung für Gruppen und Familien. Füttern Sie die hofeigenen Hühner oder beobachten Sie im Frühjahr den Storch im angrenzenden Storchenbaum in unserem Hirschgehege. Das Nichtraucher-Haus befindet sich ca. 1,5 km vom Ortskern Sittensen entfernt, in traumhafter, ruhiger Lage (kein Durchgangsverkehr, nur Anliegerverkehr).

The guest room is in a very central location, both the A1 and the train station with connections to HB and HH are just around the corner. There is a private apartment door from the hallway as well as a private bathroom with shower. The room has smart home amenities, Wi-Fi, external roller blinds and parquet flooring. The apartment can accommodate up to 7 people, with 6 beds and an additional mattress. The open kitchen invites you to self-catering, and the spacious full bathroom ensures the necessary comfort. Linen, towels and a washing machine are also at your disposal. We are looking forward to your arrival!

Not far from here you can admire the Lüneburg Heath, have fun & action in Heide Park Soltau or explore our northern trails. These are just a few suggestions, because there is so much more. The North Sea and Baltic Sea are also easily accessible.

Tiny Zimmer

Es ist ein sehr kleines Zimmer mit einem Hochbett und einem zusätzlichen Klappbett. Das Bad ist in einem Extra Gebäude . ( Wie auf einem Campingplatz) Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher , Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Kühlschrank sind vorhanden . Ein kleiner Schreibtisch der auch zum Frühstücken dient jedoch nur für eine Person .Grundsätzlich ist es eh nur für eine Person geeignet.Das Bad wird gemeinschaftlich genutzt.

The Finnish log cabin has a covered veranda from which you can see the 3000 m² forest. In the area you can find cycling and hiking trails. Ideal for nature-loving people. With us, the coffee's on the house!

The 70 sqm apartment offers sleeping places for 6-8 people. There is a large living room with a 1.80m wide bed, two single beds, a sofa bed, a large dining table, a TV (including amazon prime video), and a separate bedroom with a double bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher. In the bathroom with a shower and bathtub is a washing machine.
