Holiday rentals with an EV charger in Hastings

Joanne was so welcoming on our arrival and had the hot tub heated up ready for us to use. Everything you could think of was there for us to use. Unfortunately we had a very busy weekend planned and wished we could have spent more time at the location. We have our next visit booked already and can't wait to use this accommodation another time, spending more time chatting with Joanne and hopefully getting to see more wildlife in the garden.

We had a lovely one night stay and a lovely meal in the pub next door! Thank you! The perfect base and very beautiful apartment. Would definitely recommend or stay again if in the area.

Mark and Melanie are wonderful hosts and very welcoming. The place is exactly as described in the listing and it is very cozy and peaceful. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and we had all of the amenities we needed for a peaceful stay. The EV charging was an added feature and very useful to us. The surrounding property is picturesque and charming. Over all we can highly recommend staying at this place to other guests! Thank you again.

Very characterful place to stay right in the best bit of Hastings Old Town. All amenities worked well, comfort in abundance, all in all a delightful stay.

A nice little place where we could spend a month between house moves. John was helpful, and met us at the location. The flat was clean, and everything was as described. The flat is in a relatively secluded place as expected, but there was a bit more traffic noise than expected, as it is right on the corner of a crossroads.

We had a very enjoyable last minute break in Rye. Yasmin was very accommodating and her place had everything we needed. It’s in great location and the recommendations in her house manual were spot on. Would highly recommend to anyone and we will be staying here again for sure.

We had a lovely four night stay with our kids. The gardens were very special and we especially enjoyed the outside BBQ and dining space. The house is in a wonderful setting - very peaceful and right next to the train station to Rye and Hastings (ideal if you don't love country roads).

Second time staying in these courtyard accommodations. Place was clean and welcoming, as expected. Particularly useful to have cot and highchair available. Communication with host was good. Location works well for us, easy to walk to shops and seafront and in to town.

What a beautiful property, welcoming, well kept and the stylishly furnished rooms were spacious and had everything you needed. We took coastal walks in both directions from the property as well as venturing into Rye, which is a charming place to visit. Our primary reason for being there was a family catch-up so we didn’t venture out anywhere else but the lovely eat in kitchen (with several places to eat outside too), allowed us to cook, eat, relax and enjoy ourselves. Tim was very friendly and proactive about keeping in touch with useful information. I would return and would also recommend the property to others.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay - location suitable for our dog as very peaceful rural setting. The kitchen was also well stocked and the lounge comfortable. Also ideally situated to visit local National Trust properties in this part of Kent - information regarding local pubs shops etc very helpful - we would consider returning .

The house is stunning, the layout is perfect and was spotless. Level 1 kitchen/lounge/outdoor balcony. Level 2 bedrooms. Level 3 attic room with chairs, binoculars and great views (each level has great views!) We were a group of 4 although if 8, the size and layout would have allowed us to have our own space. The bedrooms, 2 with en-suites, a large family bathroom and all with sea views. Watching sunrise over the ocean and the dawn morning bird chorus transported me to tropical holiday vibes. The house overlooks gardens, bluebells and iris were in bloom. Down the house steps and after about 50 metres you are on the sea wall/beach. Jo and Andrew have been great hosts, great communication prior to our trip and provided a welcome pack of really useful local information, thank you for the snacks and wine. Relaxing on the balcony, watching the ocean and world go by was the perfect way to start the trip. If I ever return to Hastings, first stop would be to try and rebook this AirBNB

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay, we felt right at home. Dee and Jeff were exceptional hosts, very friendly and welcoming. They really do go the extra mile, as all the reviews say - to ensure we have a pleasant stay. The barn was everything I expected and more, you could see there were so many nice personal touches and preparation that went into making our stay as amazing as it was - from the complimentary breakfast (locally sourced), to the mobile charger and bottles of water by the bedside. Also, loved having access to Netflix and Prime! Will absolutely recommend and stay again, maybe in the Autumn/Winter time to take advantage of the log burner and fire pit outside!

The house was perfect for us to get together with my daughter and grandchildren, who live close by. Extremely well stocked with everything you could need for a perfect stay. Thank you we will definitely recommend your house.

Nine of us enjoyed a gorgeous week at Georgina’s White House. The location exceeds the pictures and description - with view of dunes from the back garden (and a very beautiful garden), plus the house is so spacious, with everything you might need. And very comfortable! We loved every moment, rain or shine. A perfect spot for relaxing, beach walks and for visiting Rye, Hastings and Dungeness. Highly recommend a stay!

My sister and I enjoyed our stay at Ayodeji's place. It was cosy and clean, he communicated throughout and provided clear instructions regarding the nearest car park. I cannot thank you enough Marion. I booked your lovely annex for my mother who was attending a funeral nearby. You, and your husband, showed her kindness, attention and... a bonus lift I understand so she didn't require a taxi! Thank you so much. When I came to collect her she was raving about her stay! Now the airbnb stuff... The annex is perfectly turned out. Spotlessly clean. The appliances are easy to use and well explained. The bedroom is spacious and your gardens are very well cared for. The television is easy to use and the wifi instant. I couldn't recommend your place more. Thank you.

Beautifully furnished first floor apartment in a great location for the centre of Tunbridge Wells. Looks just like it does in the photos. Happy to support all the other 5 star reviews. Gary was a great host who came over quickly when there was a minor spot of bother with the sound on the TV when we first arrived. Highly recommended.
