This thought gave rise to the idea of realizing this boat project. Our lovingly modernized ferry, built in 1925, is located close to the city right in front of Rummelsburg Bay. Here you can get to know a special combination of nature and urbanity from the water all year round and treat yourself to a break from everyday life.

Das Hausboot bietet Ihnen eine kleine voll ausgestattete Küche, ein Bad mit Dusche und Trenntoilette, das geräumige Wohnzimmer lädt zum Entspannen ein. The “JULIA” can be booked for up to 2 people + 2 extra beds in the salon. The houseboat is firmly located in the home port of the Citymarina Berlin Rummelsburg and is only 7 kilometers from Alexanderplatz. You don't need a boat license that the houseboat cannot be moved.

The high-quality equipment and the fantastic view over Lake Templin make it difficult for us to leave every time. In summer we enjoy the 90 sqm roof terrace, which also invites you to barbecue. Through underfloor heating, a fireplace and our own sauna, we make our houseboat a dreamlike retreat even in winter.
