Die Wohnung wurde 2023 neu renoviert/saniert. Früher war das Denkmalgeschütze Gebäude ein Pferdestall. Dadurch hat das Gebäude einen ganz besonderen Charme. Unser alter Bauernhof ist sehr ruhig. Man hat die Möglichkeit direkt am See spazieren zu gehen oder im Wald ein bisschen frische Luft zu schnappen. Ein Spielplatz für die Kinder ist auch da. Unsere Lage ist ideal gelegen. Die Unterkunft befindet sich separat im "Kleinen Häuschen", einem kompletten, freistehenden Haus, nur für euch, mit eigenem Parkplatz. Während eures Aufenthalts seid ihr die einzigen Nutzer. Es gibt ein großes Doppelbett, einen Tisch fürs Frühstück oder den Schreibkram, und ihr könnt eure Sachen in einem Kleiderschrank unterbringen. Die Küche ist bestückt mit einem Kühlschrank, einem Wasserkocher, einer Kaffeemaschine und einer Doppelkochplatte.

Dear guests! We are glad that you are interested in our apartment. In this apartment of over 120 square meters in Over, Seevetal, you are about 700 meters from the Elbe. In addition to walking distance to enjoy nature (hiking trails, nature reserve, beach with swimming), you are by car in about 25 minutes to downtown Hamburg. A bus stop is just a 2-minute walk away. A large supermarket with a bakery and an Italian restaurant are about 1 km away.

*Glamping* on a country estate (yurt)

At the foot of the Wiehen Hills, under trees, directly on a small stream is the 800 m², completely fenced property. You use this property all to yourselves. The glamping tent is decorated with warm colors, a large bed, lots of cuddly pillows, blankets, bedside tables, lamps and a nice sitting area. In front of the tent is a small campfire place. Under the large weeping willow you will find a romantic sitting area with a grill.

It is perfect for exploring Hamburg or for cycling or walking. Lüneburg and the Lüneburg Heath are also not far away. There is a bus line to Hamburg-Harburg or Winsen Luhe. 5 km from the Hoopte ferry terminal and 5 minutes' walk to the beautiful Seeve nature reserve.
