“Remise Graefekiez” – a historic brick coach house from 1890 with a private garden; once built for carriages, now a quiet hideaway and holiday retreat in the second backyard of Fichtestraße, right in the heart of the Graefekiez (Kreuzberg). The space is commercially registered and therefore not subject to Berlin’s housing conversion ban. The Berlin City Tax (7.5%) is listed separately and included in the final price. Former artists' house near Berlin: Our house with a large garden,was preserved in the early 1930s (URL HIDDEN) almost in its original state and radiates a bright and warm atmosphere through the use of ecological building materials and colours. The decor is simple and personal. Within walking distance of the house is our lake with 2 very nice bathing areas. The Spreewald Biosphere Reserve,the Schlaubetal and Berlin are about 1 hour away.

The Feldsteinhaus is located on the peninsula of Scharmützelsee in Bad Saarow. It is an 80 sqm holiday home and is located on the eight hectares of private grounds of the Eibenhof. The former pigsty is the jewel of the Eibenhof. The use of a boat dock, swimming spots, the large garden, barbecue area and the sports fields (tennis, foot and basketball) are possible at any time. It is bookable for two people.
