The exclusive and modern houseboat "Opa Wilhelm" is located on the outer jetty of the yacht yard with unobstructed views of the harbor entrance Heiligenhafen and the famous nature reserve Graswarder. It offers about 50 m² of living space for 4 guests, 2 bedrooms with double beds, a separate shower room with toilet and a large living room with fully equipped kitchenette. The large upper deck invites you to relax and sunbathe. There are no direct neighbors other than the twin houseboat "Grandma Ella."

Welcome to my apartment in Lütjenbrode, a district of Großenbrode am Fehmarnsund. At the end of a cul-de-sac, the apartment is located on a natural plot in the fields. Here you can simply leave the stress of everyday life behind you. Switching off and recharging your batteries is the motto here. Moin und Herzlich Willkommen in unserer Wohnung in Dänschendorf auf Fehmarn. Kürzlich komplett renoviert lässt dieses Apartment in einem alten Kapitänshaus keine Wünsche offen. Auf 100m² habt ihr Platz für 6 Personen in 3 Schlafzimmern mit Doppelbetten. Abends vor dem Kamin, in der Fasssauna im Garten oder auf unserer Terrasse direkt am See könnt ihr nach einem ereignisreichen Tag entspannen. Für perfektes WiFi sorgt Internet über Glasfaser. In the middle of fields and hedgerows you will find a quiet spot on the edge of the field with a wide view over the Baltic Sea. The Baltic Sea beach can be reached in 20 minutes by bicycle. A freshly converted 14 m² construction trailer with a bed (160), a small kitchenette and a seating area inside/outside awaits you. The toilet and shower are in another construction trailer next door. Fresh vegetables and eggs from our garden are available seasonally :)

Wooden House in the Green

The wooden vacation home is located 7 km from the Baltic Sea. It was built according to my ecological and design ideas on a floor area of 5 x 5.50 meters. With a south-facing terrace, a shed and a parking lot directly in front of the house, it is ideal for 2 to 5 people. The house is located in a natural garden, surrounded by trees and a wide view over the fields. The beaches and excursion destinations in the region are easy to reach by bike and car.

In addition to a beautiful beach, a super friendly hostess awaits you here. 2025 is already the 3rd season with holiday guests and I'm really looking forward to my regular guests and you new guests. I'm happy to give you tips on how you can do as much or as little as possible here. Whether you want to spend your holiday just by yourselves or fancy surfing sessions or bike rides at sunset together is up to you.

The house, newly built with a lot of love and covered with thatch, is located directly by the sea and the active lighthouse of Heiligenhafen. Whether you come in summer for swimming, reading, fishing, kiting, paddling or just doing nothing, or in winter for walking or relaxing - a break on the sun deck of the Baltic Sea always fits.

Relax in a modernly furnished wooden house directly on the Baltic Sea. After the walk on the beach, jump under the garden shower in the wind-protected garden and then relax in the warm bathtub, listen to the seagulls, maybe go to the sauna again before you retreat to the lounge on the veranda or to the protected loggia to relax. Close to the Baltic Sea, we rent a cozy guest room in a separate bungalow in a quiet location in the heart of Neukirchen. In the room, among other things, a small kitchenette is integrated, A private bathroom with shower/toilet is also available. Linens, towels, Wi-Fi and parking are included. A terrace with its own beach chair & other seating in our well-kept garden invites you to linger. 2 bikes can be used if available.
