Parking is available on the street next to the house. Quiet location in a residential area.

If you are interested in fishing, there are good opportunities to fish from the beach. The apartment is a separate apartment in a larger villa. It has its own entrance and patio door to the garden. The bathroom has a toilet, sink, shower, washing machine and dryer.
