Stay cozy and peaceful in an old half-timbered house from the 1800s. The location is rural with animals and nature just outside the door but at the same time close to the city, restaurants, restaurants, entertainment, shopping and beach/swimming. Here you live quietly and spaciously in about 120 sqm with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, large living room with sofa, TV and dining area as well as bathroom with toilet, shower, washing machine & dryer. Next to the house is a leafy, private patio with barbecue right next to pastures with sheep and horses. You can park your car just outside.

The house is located in the upper part of the city, a residential area from the early 1900s. It is on one floor of 75 m2 divided into 2 bedrooms, living room, open kitchen, laundry room and bathroom with shower. Cozy courtyard with outdoor furniture & small barbecue available. Good parking in the area. About 15-20 minutes' walk to the city center, swimming area, harbor, restaurants, shopping and bus. Feel free to rent a bike. The Kulla region offers experiences such as the nature reserve Kullaberg, old fishing village and sports hall & outlet.

Stay in Loftet via Brännans Gård

At our neighboring farm Valla Gård, you can now stay in "Loftet", an apartment that has been decorated up in the stable's old granary. Here, the style is a bit Aspen-inspired with brown-stained new wooden walls while a gable wall has been allowed to retain its original board planks. The old granary staircase is also preserved, which makes the upstairs master bedroom less suitable for small children, but very cozy for anyone who can handle a steeper staircase. 2 bedrooms with room for up to five people, private kitchen, bathroom and living room.

Unique rustic apartment at Brännans Gård with private sauna, two bedrooms, kitchen, living room and private patio. 10-minute walk from the beach, Viken golf course and bus that takes you to Helsingborg or Höganäs. Brännans Gård offers luxury on a rustic level, with the highest standard of interior design as well as proximity to nature on this fantastically located farm. Bikes are available to borrow for both adults and children so you can get around Viken and Lerberget. Also plenty of parking.

Välkommen till vår mysiga loftstuga, byggd 2021! Du bor avskilt med uteplats i väster i vår trådgård. Stugan är 24 kvm+ 9 kvm sovloft med två 140 madrasser. Stege. Det finns ett sovrum, sovloft, allrum med bäddsoffa och kök och ett badrum. Det ingår lakan och handdukar. Vi stoppar in lite frukostmat i kyl,frys och skafferi, som en start. Du har 250 m till en liten badplats och en lång strandpromenad för joggingtur och kvällspromenad med solnedgång i havet. Se GUIDEBOK. Vi älskar Kullabygden!

The Beach House - enjoyment at the water's edge

This Beach house is situated directly to the beach with a 180 degree view to Sweden and Kronborg. Great pleasure activities (the sea, the forest, lakes, Kronborg Castle and Søfartsmuseet (Unesco Attraction). You will love this house due to he fabulous sea view, direct assess to the sea and the light. On the other side of the road is the preserved forest Teglstruphegn with large old oak trees. Very romantic. This is a place to be mindfull. Many guests just stay to enjoy the view all seasons.

The little yellow

Welcome to our charming little house in Höganäs. Perfect for one or two people looking for a simple overnight stay. It has a comfortable 120 cm bed, an armchair for relaxing and a private toilet. We also have a kettle in the house with tea and coffee powder. Please be aware that there is no bathtub or shower. The property is close to local sights and offers a quiet place to rest after a day of exploration. At the house there is both a cat and some hens who can walk around the garden.

Strandstugan

En mysig stuga för två vuxna, några få meter från strandkanten. Här väntar härliga bad. Du sover i nya sköna sängar. Eget trädäck, gräsmatta och entré. Stugan har en nyrenoverad kokvrå och toalett. Privat dusch några få steg i intilliggande byggnad. Stugan ligger avskilt på ägarens tomt. Stort utbud av olika restauranger vid stranden och hamnen samt i centrum av Höganäs som ligger på gångavstånd. Endast vuxna. Vackra Arild, Mölle och Kullaberg finns på några minuters bil-/bussavstånd.

Cozy little house in Väsby

One of Väsby's oldest houses offers a small but well-planned accommodation. Have a coffee or barbecue something tasty in the back, which has both a patio, lawn and a simpler outdoor room. The house has two bedrooms upstairs with three beds. In the living room, there is a sofa bed that offers two extra beds. From Väsby, you have about 3 km down to the city center and Kvickbadet. Proximity to Kullaberg's breathtaking nature.

Cosy cottage near the beach

Our newly renovated cottage is located 150m from the beach with sea views in three directions. It is open plan with exposed roof beams upstairs. It benefits from a new kitchen, new bathroom and all mod-cons. It is well situated for all attractions of the Kullaberg peninsula, and just a stone throw from a nice swimming beach.

Koppla av i detta lugna boende med enastående utsikt över Öresund och Vens vackra natur direkt utanför fönstret. Nybyggt hus med hög standard. Njut av ett morgondopp vid den egna bryggan och kaffe i morgonsolen på uteplatsen med lammen i hagen bredvid.

Charming cottage near the sea !

We let out our charming cottage who are completely renovated summer 2014. Located in the quaint little fishing location Old Lerberget just south of Höganäs. The cottage location is 2 minutes walk to the sea and with a very nice jetty sandy beach.
