Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Île-Grande

A lovely place to stay on a peaceful, beautiful island. The weather wasn't great so we enjoyed the log burner (bring extra wood!) and the close-by Redome centre, which is fantastic for children. The local creperie was excellent and we enjoyed our walks, and made good use of the coffee machine. Excellent location for visiting the nearby Pink Granite Coast. I would recommend!

The house was perfect for our stay. the sea is visible from the large living room windows and from both bedrooms. It's so close to the sea you can hear the waves. There is a footpath along the coast you can take, and it's walkable to the nearest beach, where there's a restaurant/cafe serving delicious food. A beautiful spot and a lovely house.

Very nice house, 10-15 minutes' walk from the landing stage. Small shop with all the essentials. Chez Therese 40 meters away, very convenient, superb beach nearby. We enjoyed finding board games for our children (5 and 7 years old). Tastefully decorated.

The house is very tastefully decorated and has a super nice terrace overlooking the huge garden and the sea. The garden is beautiful and already resembles a park. You can see how lovingly the individual flowers were put together. My husband was also thrilled that he could launch his kayak directly from the garden into the water. The house is located on the G 34 and you can easily walk from there. We will be happy to come back.

Charming town center house in a quiet area and close to everything (bakery, market, sightseeing, sea, etc.), very clean, nicely decorated, where everything is thought of for the guest. Everything is done to have a pleasant stay (grocery store with basic products, games, books, etc.) and a lot of dishes, utensils and small appliances...not to mention a nice welcome gift. The terrace allows you to enjoy the sun and outdoor meals. One of the best Airbnbs we've ever done.

Idyllic stay in an exceptional natural setting. Everything you can dream of for a refreshing stay is within easy reach: the sea , coastal paths, the tide ball, a charming little port and even an aquaculture farm for fresh marine products every day! The house is very nice, and the warm welcome from Erwan's mom is very pleasant. One of our best resorts in Brittany to date!

A wonderful hostess who lives right next door and takes care of everything. The view from the terrace is simply wonderful. ... Really unique...especially when the sun sets in the evening. We spent the Pentecost weekend in Alice's very nice and ideally located house. The books and music offered are perfect for good moments of relaxation. We will probably come back in winter to cuddle up by the stove.

Essential but well-kept accommodation, located in a modern condominium on the outskirts of Lannion. Comfortable mattress and very quiet house. Equipped kitchen. Good starting point for visiting the Côtes-d'Armor

We just had a pleasant stay in June, in this apartment on the ground floor of a nice Breton house. The apartment is spacious, clean, with every comfort, it is in accordance with the description. Independent toilets are a plus compared to other apartments. The garden is very beautiful and we were able to park the car there. The house is on the side of the road but it's very quiet at night. The host Armelle is very nice and available.

We spent a night in Sabine's apartment, everything was perfect: the cleanliness, the location, very good bedding, very neat decoration. Sabine is very welcoming and very pleasant. We recommend this accommodation without any problems. Thank you for everything, Sabine, and I look forward to seeing you again.

We had a pleasant stay at Nicolas's apartment. It is very well located, close to the beach and shops. A little back from the road, the environment is calm and peaceful. The interior design is as described and perfectly clean. We recommend it!

Great stay at Yann's. Ideal location, close to the port, beaches, restaurants. The Thursday morning market is very good. Very nice accommodation, as described.

We had a lovely stay at Isabelle's house which is beautiful with sea views. Spacious, clean and very well-equipped house 5 min walk to an uncrowded beach....a sense of freedom and rest assured! The garden is also very pleasant. The village is charming with its small port. Isabelle is very welcoming and available. We'll be happy to go back!

Lovely house in a secluded location, just a short walk from the seaside and a lovely Oyster Bar. Supermarkets, fuel station and boulangeries all within a 5 minute drive. The swimming pool was a godsend with our 7 kids (from 3 families!) but it was a shame we were unable to pull back the cover as it seemed to be screwed down, as it can get quite hot in there in strong direct sunshine. Otherwise, a great house and spacious enough for everyone to get together or have their own space.

Carine's house is a dream come true! Upon entering, the bright and friendly atmosphere is already inspiring thanks to many windows. The entire home is stylish and lovingly furnished. The dreamy bedroom on the ground floor with direct sea view is an absolute highlight. The spacious living and dining area offers plenty of space. The kitchen is fully equipped, even with large pots. Upstairs, you can enjoy a great view from every bedroom, complemented by two fully functional, individually designed bathrooms and a separate toilet on the ground floor. The well-kept garden invites you to linger with a fireplace/grill, deck chairs, seating area and table tennis table – the large parasol provides pleasant shade. The contact with Carine was extremely nice and warm. She took a lot of time for all our questions. Their hospitality made the stay perfect. We can fully recommend this accommodation and Carine and will definitely come back!

Great weekend of Ascension in the sun. Ideally located accommodation to walk to the beautiful Amiets beach. We even bathed! The area is incredibly pretty, only 3 days on site is almost frustrating. We'll be back! We were a couple with 3 children, we didn't miss anything. Very nice house.

This is such a lovely holiday home. It’s right on the water, there is outside seating front and back to maximise sunshine, the house is beautifully set up and decorated, and the kitchen is really well-equipped. 3 really comfortable bedrooms. Laurent was an excellent host, going well beyond the norm to accommodate our last-minute booking. He met us at the property and also gave us some lovely recommendations in the area

An absolutely amazing house with everything we needed for a great multigenerational family holiday. Extremely comfortable and well laid out. The children loved the tree house, the piano was a real bonus and the kayaks were great when the tide was high enough. The house is in a fantastic location next to the beach and just a quick walk to the town for our croissants each morning. We enjoyed a day out to the Isle de Bréhat, and our walk to the Tour de Kerroch. Candy gave us a friendly welcome and departure.

An exceptional view!!! Breathtaking sunset. The house is very well thought out and our stay was excellent. We recommend this one without worries. Perfect for relaxing after the steps while still enjoying the spectacle of the sea .
