We stayed here for a month and really enjoyed it. Excellent location - walkable to railway station (25 mins) for days out and also to the central Piazza Maggiore (15 mins). It is opposite the excellent Trattoria da Me (book well in advance), there is a bakery right next door and a supermarket 5 mins walk away. It is also just 5 minutes walk to the local covered market ‘Mercato delle Erbe’ for provisions. There are lovely local restaurants at the side of this market, bars behind it and even an ice cream place at the entrance. This is a lovely apartment, no noise, air-conditioned, washing machine, decent internet, with a great roof terrace where we had breakfast every day in the sunshine. Kitchen is small but well-equipped with a Lavazza pod coffee machine. Our host Alina was always quick to respond. Highly recommend

L'alloggio è meraviglioso, una posizione estremamente comoda per girare Bologna a piedi e anche facilmente raggiungibile dalla stazione centrale. L'alloggio, inoltre, è molto spazioso e offre una vista stupenda della città. La cucina è dotata di tutto il necessario, i bagni sono ampi e molto puliti. La terrazza aggiunge ulteriore comfort all'appartamento, utilizzabile sia in estate che in inverno. La comunicazione è sempre stata amichevole, semplice e veloce. Un soggiorno splendido.

Nous avons passé deux nuits dans le logement de Valentina. Nous avons apprécié son approche proactive avant notre arrivée et elle était très réactive à nos messages lorsque nous avions des questions. Il y avait une cuisine qui était fonctionnelle, la salle de bain était propre et la terasse était le highlight WOW de notre séjour. Nous étions 4 adultes dans le logement, ce qui est un peu serré, mais pour 2 nuits c'était parfait. Le divan-lit et le lit était très confortable et nous avons même pu y faire notre lessive. L'emplacement est parfait, la vue de la terrasse est à couper le souffle et nous avons pu nous rendre dans le centre-ville de Florence à pied à plusieurs reprises et nous avons profiter de l'épicerie à quelques pas du logement pour nous ravitailler. Eleonora is a gracious and generous host. She replied to any concern or question promptly and was helpful in all matters. Her spacious apartment has a truly exquisite garden where I was able to unwind after a busy day in Florence. I spent a wonderful month at her place near Porta Romana, which is a charming part of Florence within 30 minutes walk or less than 10 minute bus ride to the center.

Io ed il mio ragazzo ci siamo trovati benissimo nell’appartamento di Vittoria. Una splendida vista su Firenze, perfetta per bere un bicchiere di Vino con di fronte la Cupola del Brunelleschi, l’appartamento era pulito, curato e come descrizione. Alles wat we nodig hadden was aanwezig. Heel compact ingericht. Perfecte ligging, in het centrum van Bologna, vlakbij resto’s (om de hoek), supermarkt op 5 minuutjes stappen, en helemaal geen nachtlawaai! Top, aanrader.

magnifique maison avec un immense jardin privé. confortable, calme, extrêmement bien. décoré, grandes chambres et hyper spacieux. la gentillesse et la disponibilité de Stafania et ses proches sont un atout, comme à la maison même en mieux !

Très bien situé. Belle terrasse qui mériterait un parasol pour pouvoir en profiter vraiment. L’appartement est très agréable.

Piękna okolica, idealne miejsce wypadowe do zwiedzania Toskanii. Super miejsce dla rodzin z dziećmi (dostępne łóżeczko dla dzieci, a nawet barierka do łóżka dla dzieci które śpią z rodzicami 😉). Nicolo odpowiadał na wszystkie nasze potrzeby, a samo mieszkanie oddaje w pełni toskański klimat 😀 bardzo polecamy!

Valentina è stata molto gentile, per mio figlio ci ha fatto trovare seggiolone e lettino da campeggio... oltre che una scatola con accessori utili (saponi, bicchierini e piatti in plastica , scalda biberon e 2 librini). l'appartamento corrisponde alla descrizione. I divanetti fuori creano un ulteriore spazio esterno riservato. Incantevole il giardino...Devo dire che siamo stati proprio bene. grazie!!!!

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno meraviglioso in questa villa! La casa è super attrezzata per cucinare, con tutto l’occorrente a disposizione. Gli spazi esterni sono splendidi: tanto verde ben curato, ideale per rilassarsi. Le camere sono ampie e confortevoli, e la zona è tranquillissima, ottima per staccare la spina. La vista è magnifica e la piscina era perfetta! Il check-in è stato semplice e la comunicazione con l’host impeccabile: sempre disponibile e cordiale. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo! Consigliatissima

We loved staying here! Elisabetta was a very kind and helpful host, and the space was easy to find and adorable inside. It was a nice walkable distance to everything too. Would definitely recommend!

Room it's just like the pictures, checkin was really good, Lorenzo send all the details in advance. if you arrive to Firenze Santa María Novella you have to walk arround 15 minutes to the appartment. Quiet zone perfect to rest.

Jonny heeft een prachtig appartement, met een schitterend terras. Het huis is heel sfeervol met veel kunst en planten. Je voelt je er meteen thuis. Het is ruim en voor vier personen was het heerlijk. Als je gastvrij wil worden ontvangen op een heerlijke plek in Florence ben je hier op het juiste adres.

Eine sehr gut ausgestattete, großzügig geschnittene Wohnung mit einem schönen Bad und eleganter Kochzeile. Eine kostenfreie Parkmöglichkeit in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Wohnung liegt so günstig, dass man sowohl zu Fuß die wesentlichen Sehenswürdigkeiten der Stadt gut erreichen, als auch zu Ausflugszielen in der Umgebung (z.B. Ravenna) mit dem Auto schnell gelangen kann. Wir haben uns bei Laura ausserordentlich wohl gefühlt; sie ist eine sehr sehr freundliche und umsichtige Gastgeberin. Vielen Dank!

Luciana’s place was perfect for my stay in Bologna. The apartment has a very comfortable living space and the location is only a short 10 min walk to the main piazza and many other attractions. Luciana was excellent at communicating and made me feel very welcome.

El departamento es tal cual la publicación. Estaba impecable todo. Tanto las sábanas como toallas estaban nuevas e impecables . Muy recomendable

Spacieux appartement de charme en plein cœur de Florence (5 min. À pied du Rialto ou du Duomo). Un beau jardin bien entretenu et privatif permet de profiter de l’extérieur. L’hôtesse est pleine de bons conseils. J’y reviendrai sans aucun doute.

Absolutely loved the location of the apartment, right in the middle of the city center. Everything was walkable 😍 The room was exactly as advertised and Alessandra was a superb host, friend, responsive and great recommendations. I recommend to go here if you are about to visit Florence
