Monthly Rentals in Indianapolis

I would say this is a good place for two people who need a quick place to stay. We only stayed one night. The RV was very clean. My wife and I were on the double bed and it was very comfortable. My son stayed on the pull out sofa which had a bit of a slant to it. Couldn't figure out a way to make it level. But otherwise, acceptable. The price was quite high. The reason was there were three big events. Indiana Pacers playoff game, Indiana Fever game and the Indianapolis 500. So, that's why the price was so high. If I need to go again, for non-big event weekend, I expect the price to be lower. But it's all about supply and demand. Yet, very satisfied with the accommodations.

Exactly what we needed, close to the Natatorium. Place was nice and clean.

The pool house was a perfect fit for my extended stay. I will definitely try to stay there again. Chris was very responsive when anything came up. I appreciated the beautiful and peaceful surroundings as well as the proximity to many great restaurants and shopping. Thank you for a great stay!

I had a wonderful stay at Richard’s place! The private room was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. It felt like a perfect balance of privacy and hospitality. Richard was an exceptional host—friendly, respectful, and always available if I had questions or needed anything. He made sure I felt welcome and at home throughout my stay.
