Beachfront farm

Fogensegaarden near Bogense has an unusual location for an old farm. A few meters from the beach on the island of Fogense, which was dammed and the road into Bogense drained and protected by a dike almost 150 years ago. An enterprising farmer, Christian Jensen, built the farm 130 years ago in its current form with a large farmhouse and a humble tenant housing at the southern end. It is the main house, which after several modernizations is now rented out in the coming season to holiday guests.

Velkommen til et privat gæstehus på 70 m² beliggende i Hunderup, Odenses mest eksklusive villakvarter. Huset er opført i 2021 og indrettet enkelt og funktionelt med fokus på kvalitet og gode materialer. Der er et soveværelse med dobbeltseng, en stue med sofa og TV, fuldt udstyret køkken samt badeværelse med bruseniche. Gæstehuset ligger roligt og ugeneret og egner sig godt til både par og forretningsrejsende, der ønsker privatliv og ordentlige rammer. Der er fri parkering lige ved huset.

The beach cabin named Broholm

Ideal beach cabin for anglers, ornithologists and nature lovers. Broholm is situated in a natural area at Odense Fjord, 4 meter to the waterfront, within walking distance to bird sanctuary and only 300 meters from Otterup Marina. Rubberboat with an 8 HP motor can be rented. At Bogøhus (landlords house) there is the possibility to buy seasonal organic vegetables and fruits grown on their own grounds/ greenhouses. In additional, there is the possibility of cleaning/ freezing caught fish.

Nødvendigt service forefindes samt mikroovn og køleskab. På ejendommens 6 ha går af og til heste, naboejendommen er en af Danmarks største vingårde. Der er mulighed for dejlige gåture i området. Der er ca 12 km til Kolding og Fredericia . Indkøb ca. 6 km. ca. 35 km til Legoland. Der er ikke offentligt transport til os.

Unique wooden cottage in classic cottage style with scenic location. The wooden cottage will form the perfect setting for a romantic getaway for two people. From the cabin there is a sea view to the south. Only 25 meters from the cabin there is a view of Æbelø. From the living room you can see the sunset, and from the bedroom you can see the sunrise. It is 100 m to the water and 300 m to the low tide road to Æbelø. The plot is 223 m2 and there is parking on the lawn.
