Panoramic view of the Baltic Sea, 15 meters to the beach with jetty and beach café. Fall asleep and wake up to the sound of waves. Two beds where you lie on the first floor and look out over the sea. Kitchenette with two stovetops, microwave, coffee maker, fridge and freezer. Small dining area, two armchairs, TV, Wi-Fi. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Large terrace, gas grill. The house is located in the middle of the coastal village of Svarte, about 6 km to Ystad, where you can easily drive by car or bike along the sea. Bus stop and train station with good public transport.

Small cozy cottage with proximity to the sea and beach.

Cottage located one kilometer from a very nice sandy beach with a jetty. Close to Bedinge and Abbekås golf course. Bicycle path to Ystad and Trelleborg. 4-5 restaurants within a radius of 5-6 km, as well as grocery stores. The cottage has two double beds, a TV room and a simple kitchen with fridge, stove and oven. Toilet with shower cabin. Terrace with outdoor furniture and barbecue. Bed linens and towels are not included in the rental rate. Located in a free position on the Skåne plains next to our own house. Nearby, our horses roam the meadow.

Renovated basement in old house

We welcome guests to the renovated basement floor, which is about 60 m2, in our old villa from 1929. There is underfloor heating, fireplace, TV, shower, sauna, bathtub, Nespresso, microwave, Wi-Fi and private entrance through carport and workshop. Note: No kitchen. In the bedroom, there is a 160 cm bed and in the TV room, a sofa bed (140 cm) You are welcome to be in the garden, which has a patio in the corner. Because there are stairs down, it is not wheelchair accessible. There is free parking on the street but date parking.

Free high-speed WiFi as well as bed linens, towels and cleaning are included in the price. Located in the middle of Söderslätt, with a short distance to Malmö, Ystad, Trelleborg and Österlen within half an hour. The beach is 15 minutes away.

Fresh and cozy guest house (28 sqm) located south of road 9 in summery Beddingestrand. Here you have the beach and golf course within walking distance. Close to shops, restaurants and to the bus to Trelleborg/Ystad. Open floor plan with well-equipped kitchen and living room. Bathroom with shower and toilet. You can choose to sleep on a comfortable sofa bed or in the loft. Private patio with access to barbecue. Smoking and pets are not allowed. Duvets and pillows are provided, sheets and towels are brought by the guests.

Come and enjoy the peace and quiet in a creative environment on Skåne's southernmost beaches. The guest house is divided into two floors and offers one bedroom and one living room with sofa bed, TV and dining area upstairs. There is also a French balcony and a workspace with a desk. On the ground floor, we have a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. The guest house has 4-5 beds. Outside there is a nice garden with a patio. Two bicycles and two SUPs are available to borrow.
