Bicycle trips through the old country or a stroll through the old town of Buxtehude, about 1.3 km away, are possible from here at any time. You can easily get to Hamburg by S-Bahn, which is about 3 km from the apartment. From Finkenwerder you can easily cross with the HVV ferry to the landing bridges. It is about 12 km to Finkenwerder. Shopping facilities can be reached in about 1.5 km.

The 2.5-room apartment was extensively renovated in 2022 and lovingly furnished. It is three stories, with the cozy living and kitchen area on the first floor. On the first floor is the bathroom with a chandelier and a large, freestanding bathtub. On the first floor is the master bedroom, which is equipped with a large double bed and a fold-out sofa. There is a second bathroom on this floor. The second bedroom is in the attic.
