The house has a large newly built terrace where there is ample opportunity to catch the day's sunshine and also has a delicious wilderness bath that can be enjoyed all year round. In the garden there is a trampoline for the kids. Not far from the house there is a large and amazing playground. Approximately 1 km to the nearest shopping and 1.5 km to a fantastic harbour area with city life and restaurants.
