Welcome to a new architect-designed Attefallshus of approx. 30 sqm with a sleeping loft that is accessed via a real staircase. At the Attefall house, there is a garden shed of 10 sqm. The houses are located at the back of a residential plot with a secluded patio. This provides space for 4 guests and both houses are included in the rental. Located in a quiet and scenic area with walking distance to several swimming areas, paddle tennis, kayaking, shopping and the city center with its restaurants as well as Kalmar Castle. The house is about 100 m2 on two floors and is located a stone's throw from a larger farm building in the middle of the countryside in the Småland forests. You can get to Kalmar and Öland in 30-60 minutes and to Nybro to shop in ten. There are duvets, a wood-fired fireplace, a sauna in the forest and Doris the cat is happy to stay with you if you want to have company.
