For activities there is a beautiful large garden with a forest swing, free steam sauna, outdoor shower and tub, a standup paddle, a paddle boat and 4 bicycles.

Die Maisonette-Wohnung befindet sich in einem historischen Lotsenhaus in einem kleinen Hafenort in der Nähe von Stralsund. Bis zum Wasser sind es fußläufig nur wenige Meter. Geeignet für max. 2 Erw. und ein Kind. Im EG befindet sich die Küche mit einem kleinen Essplatz und einem Austritt zur Terrasse. Außerdem ein Bad mit Badewanne und Sauna. Im oberen Teil befindet sich das Wohn-Schlafzimmer mit einer Holzbalkendecke, einem Doppelbett und einem Schlafsofa ( ca. 80 x 190 cm ).

Es handelt sich um ein einzigartiges holzverkleidetes Architektenhaus, bestehend aus zwei miteinander kombinierbaren Einheiten. Zusammen mit dem Haus "Gustav" und dem angrenzenden Tiny House "Franz" bietet unsere moderne Waldvilla Platz für bis zu 9 Gäste in einmaliger Umgebung direkt im Kiefernwald.
