The very small but very rustic and cozy Paula vacation home has 2 sleeping places in the sleeping loft, a bathroom with shower, sink, toilet as well as a small living room and a nice kitchen. The house has a terrace under the walnut tree, as well as a beautiful garden. Due to bed changes in the season, check-in time is generally 3:00 pm and check-out time is 10:00 am. Of course, it can also be more relaxed by arrangement! No pets. There is an extra charge for linens and electricity (in winter).

Für 2025 habe ich eine Parkkarte auf dem öffentlichen Parkplatz am Ortseingang. Bitte beachtet, dass die Schwedenstraße voraussichtlich bis Ende 2025 modernisiert wird. Die Baumaßnahme hat leider deutlichen Verzug. Die Zugängikeit zur Villa Glückspilz ist gegeben.

Our apartment is in the middle of the Stralsund Old Town in a very quiet side street. Art and culture and plenty of restaurants can be found in the immediate vicinity. It's a 15-minute walk to the city beach. Our place is perfect for couples, solo travelers, and business travelers.
