The small guest apartment in the basement of our single-family house is located in a preferred location of Stralsund overlooking the Strelasund and the island of Rügen and direct connection to the Baltic Sea Coastal Cycle Route. It is a one-room apartment with bathroom and kitchenette including dishwasher and fully automatic coffee machine. The apartment is comfortably furnished and spacious thanks to the fold-away bed that can be folded up during the day. A baby crib is provided upon request.

The accommodation is a small (~35 sqm) cozy semi-detached house on the idyllic island of Ummanz, which can be reached via Rügen. We recommend arriving by car. A well behaved dog up to knee height can be brought, please request before booking with indication of the breed. The house is located on a lovingly designed property with barbecue area, play facilities for children and animals (ponies, goat, rabbits). The 2nd semi-detached house "Dachs" can also be booked.

Our 2-room apartment 45 sqm is located in the attic. A combined living & dining room with kitchenette offers everything you need for a nice vacation. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed. In the living room, a third bed is at your disposal. Bathroom with toilet and shower. The apartment is designed for 2-3 guests. The parking space belonging to the apartment is located directly at the house and is available to you free of charge.

In the immediate vicinity are the islands of Rügen and Hiddensee as well as the Fischland-Darß-Zingst peninsula with its long white sandy beaches.

With its meadows, woods and proximity to the water, the property offers the perfect place to turn it all off and relax. Children are especially pleased with the great freedom of movement. Just a few steps across the yard lead to the dike with the inland water behind it, the Bodden. Here we offer the use of our small harbor for sailors and anglers.

The two-storey cottage is surrounded by a very large garden with direct access to the Bodden via a private dock. There is a large terrace and a garden at the house. With your own canoe or stand up paddle you can explore the surroundings. You can of course also fish at the jetty. Take the whole family to this great home with room for fun and entertainment. You'll love my place because of the proximity to the beach, the sea view from the balcony, Wi-Fi, sauna, washing machine and dryer in the house. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families and furry friends (dogs) are also welcome.
